Brandon pov:

I was sitting in my room watching YouTube on my laptop. suddenly I heard screaming, this was normal in my house so I just ignored it but then I heard a loud bang; my ears started ringing. I quickly stood up running out my room toward the yelling.

"what the f*ck was that noise?!" I yelled. my dad glared at me, I looked to the floor and saw my mom bleeding. My eyes widened, I ran over to her bending down and lifted her head to rest on my lap. "mom" I whispered to her. no response. I looked up to my father with angry tears in my eyes, "what did you do to her!" I screamed at him, he just glared at me and walked away. I looked back at my mom. I bend down and rest my forehead on hers. "please wake up. I can't do this without you" I felt her hand squeeze mine and I squeezed her hand back. I felt her breathing slow down and squeezed her hand harder refusing to let go. "please don't go" I pleaded but her breathing stopped and her hand fell limp. I sobbed harder.

I heard an ambulance in the distance but I blacked out.

I shot up breathing heavily looking around frantically. I realized I was in my dorm and calmed down a bit. I picked up my phone from my desk and texted my friends about my nightmare.

I sat down on my couch and put on a show to try and calm my nerves but suddenly I heard a knock. I shoot up from my couch and walk over to the door and open and see my friends. The walked in and just hugged me and that's all I needed in the moment.

After a bit they go of me and we walked over to the couch. they sat down but before I joined them I grabbed a big blanket and a few pillows and tossed it to them. I was about to join them but I spotted the jacket that boy gave me and thought about bringing it with me but decided against it.

I sat in-between my two friends and climbed under the blanket. They were watching some kid show. bluey I think the name was. Not even an hour in I fell asleep without any problems or nightmares.

AN: I'm so tired how tf do I continue this fic aghhh help.
