TW: Bondage, fingering, masturbation, breeding kink

It was a stormy autumn day. The rain was pelting against the windows of the small cottage on the east coast of Scotland. Charlotte was in her favourite place in her home: an old but comfortable armchair in front of the fireplace. The window next to the fireplace gave a view of the cliffs. Charlotte had made herself comfortable. Wrapped in a blanket, she was reading a romance novel and drinking a cup of tea. The cottage was dead silent. Only the crackling of the fire in the fireplace and the pattering sound of the rain could be heard.

Charlotte arrived at a very interesting point in the book. The two protagonists confessed their love to each other after an argument. Charlotte loved the enemies-to-lovers trope. This was definitely the best.

"Why don't you leave me alone, Lucian?" Cassandra whirled around to him, her fists clenched at her sides. "Because I can't. Don't you understand? I can't go on like this, Cassie. I can't keep pretending I don't give a damn about you. Because God knows you don't." Lucian stepped towards her; a few black strands had come loose from his ponytail and were now hanging in his face. Cassandra resisted the urge to brush them from his forehead. "I just can't stay away from you," he breathed. He took another step towards her. Cassandra wanted to take a step back, but her body didn't obey. With a few more steps, he closed the distance between them and stood directly in front of her.

Charlotte sat up straighter. Now, things were getting exciting. "Kiss already!" she whisper-yelled at her book. Someone laughed behind her. The black-haired woman flinched and turned around. A soaked man was standing at the front door, dripping onto the freshly cleaned floorboards. "I just cleaned the floor!" she scolded when she saw his muddy boots. "Sorry, darling." Sebastian gave her an apologetic smile and immediately took off his boots. He put a box on the windowsill before putting his boots away neatly and hanging his coat on a hook next to the door. With a wave of his wand, the dirt and wetness disappeared. Charlotte had trained her husband well.

With the box in his hand, Sebastian stomped towards the armchair. "I brought you something," he said, putting it in Charlotte's lap. He leaned down to his wife and kissed her gently. "What did I do to deserve this? Did I do something wrong?" she asked. Then her eyes widened. "Did you do something wrong?" "Neither," Sebastian chuckled and stroked her black curls. Charlotte drank her tea with raised eyebrows. "Would you like another cup?" he asked, taking the empty cup from her. "Sure." Charlotte's voice was filled with suspicion. Something wasn't right. Sebastian had always been caring, but today, he was particularly sweet. He was also wearing the suit that Charlotte liked best on him. Something was very wrong.

Charlotte opened the box. A juicy chocolate cake smiled at her. Charlotte's mouth watered when she saw her favourite cake. "Is this..." she called into the kitchen. "From the little bakery in the village, yes," Sebastian's voice answered over the clatter of dishes. Sebastian knew that Charlotte liked the chocolate cake from this bakery the most. She couldn't wait to devour it.

A whistling sound from the kitchen announced that the water was boiling. A moment later, Sebastian came out of the kitchen, a tray in his hands. He put the tray down on the small table between Charlotte's chair and his and took the cake from her to divide it between two plates. Charlotte took her cup and blew into the hot tea. "So again, what did I do to deserve this?" Sebastian grinned and sat down in his chair. "Am I not allowed to spoil my wife?" "Y-yes, you are." The black-haired woman sipped the tea. "But normally, you want to appease me with that before you confess what you've done or ask me for something."

Sebastian chuckled and put a forkful of cake in his mouth. "What if I really just want to spoil you?" "That would be the first time. But fine, I'll play along. Thank you for the cake and the tea, my love." Sebastian smiled. "It's a pleasure, as always."
