My father beat me every chance he got! And because of that, my brother is dead! And my sister is nowhere to be found! So why?" I clenched my fists to where my knuckles grew white. Every word I said dripped with venom. "Answer me!" I barked. "Kat calm down. The reason is because you're not a stuck up jerk like the rest of the students here. You're different. You're a part of our family. And we won't let anyone hurt you." Everyone nodded and agreed with Soul."So come on! Lets go have some cake already!" Black*Star yelled. Everyone nodded their heads and headed off. And I followed behind. Maybe I will fit in here. "Hey Kat are you coming or what? Ice cream is probably melting!" Soul shouted. "Coming!" These guys are truly my family. I thought as I ran.
