A few days later,Olivia is overwhelmed with guilt and sickness from what she did to Detective Darren. She wakes up feeling unwell and, after some hesitation, decides to talk to Taehyung.
Olivia approaches Taehyung, looking pale and uneasy. "Taehyung, I don't feel well. Can I skip school today?" she asks, her voice shaky.
Taehyung's Response:Taehyung, sensing her distress, nods understandingly. "Sure, Olivia. You can stay home and rest," he replies gently.Olivia hesitates before asking, "Can I see Y/n? I really need to talk to her."
Taehyung's expression turns serious. "I'm sorry, Olivia, but you can't see Y/n right now. She's being kept away for her safety and ours," he explains, trying to be as comforting as possible.
Olivia's anxiety peaks. She scratches her neck nervously, looking down. "You guys won't kill my sister, right? Now that the detective is gone?" she asks, her voice barely above a whisper.
Taehyung's Reassurance:Taehyung kneels to meet her eye level, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "No, Olivia, we won't hurt Y/n. Hoseok is just making sure she's safe. Darren was a threat, and with him gone, things will calm down. But we need to be careful," he says, trying to calm her nerves.
Olivia exhales slowly, relieved by Taehyung's reassurance but still burdened by guilt. "Okay, I understand," she murmurs.
Taehyung stands up, offering her a comforting smile. "Take it easy today, Olivia. If you need anything, just let me know," he says before walking away, leaving Olivia to grapple with her emotions.
