22. Birthday Special Date.
It had just struck midnight, and Ishan immediately called Kashvi.
"Hey Kashvi!"
"Ishan?" Kashvi said, the call had woken her up but it was Ishan, so it didn't matter...
"I'm sorry I woke you up, I couldn't stop myself from just informing you."
"It's alright, go ahead."
"Are you free this afternoon?"
"Yeah, I am. Is everything okay?"
"Yeah, I was just wandering if you wanted to go out to that cafe we went last time?"
"Yeah, sure. I'd love to. I'll meet you there at 2pm?"
"I'll come pick you up, if that's alright."
"It's fine. I'll see you soon, Ishan." Kashvi said.
"See you soon, Kash." Ishan ended the call.
"So, someone's going on a date." Shubman said.
"When will you learn how to knock, Gill?"
"When will you learn how to lock the door, Kishan?"
"Why are you awake anyway?" Ishan asked.
"Shreyas was calling you."
Ishan nodded, and they went to Shreyas' room. Abhishek was also there.
"Ishan, it's your girlfriend's birthday tomorrow, you remember that right?" Shreyas asked.
"How do you know it's Kashvi's birthday? And she's not my girlfriend....yet." Ishan said, quietly saying "yet".
"Dude, your forgetting she's still our sister-in-law. Even with your "yet" involved." Abhishek said.
"Yeah whatever, I've already called her and-"
"Wished her? Ishan, why would you do that."
"Shrey, bro, listen first. I called her and asked her out for a birthday special date, I didn't wish her okay?"
"She must have felt bad about you not wishing her," Shubman said. "So make sure you take a gift. And also there is a party for her tomorrow, Aadhya already has texted me about it."
"Okay love Gurus, I will."
"Love Gurus are Virat Bhai and Rohit Bhai, not us."
"Someone said our names?"
Virat and Rohit, both had been given extra keys to the boys' house.
"What's going on in here boys?" Rohit asked.
"We were just helping Ishan plan a gift for Kashvi's birthday." Shubman said.
"Kashvi's birthday? Oh yeah that's today, isn't it?" Rohit replied, and Ritika, Anushka came in with Samaira and Vamika.
"Chachu, can we play hide and seek?" Samaira asked.
"Of course we can," Shreyas said. "Who's hiding?"
"Shubi Chachu and Ishan Chachu and...you."
"See guys, I am the favorite Chachu," Abhishek said to Ishan, Shubman and Shreyas.
"Stay in your delulu, Abhay," Shubman said. "That is your solulu anyway."
"Are you ready?" Shreyas asked, rolling his eyes at the playful arguments on who the favorite Chachu was.
"Yes!" Vamika and Samaira said, and they both started counting with Abhishek.
Afternoon:
"Guys I'm leaving I'll see you guys at night."
