[Xister's POV]
The next day, I walked down to the park with Fen. We were still a bit uneasy about what happened the day before. The boba helped a little, but not completely.
Two minutes into the walk, we saw Claire again... But she was with Engel?! We approached them both. Engel noticed us first and he smiled.
Engel: "Xister, Fen! Long time no see! How's it been?"
Claire looked up at Fen with nervousness again. She wasn't comfortable around her quite yet, but she's getting there.
Xister: "Wow, Engel. You don't normally leave Paper School, like, at all! How come you're out here this time?"
I asked with curiosity in my voice.
Engel: "Well, I just wanted to spend more time with Claire, that's all! Plus it's quite peaceful out here, isn't it, Claire?"
Engel asked her with a smile on his face.
Claire: "Yeah... It is."
Claire replied, still sounding pretty anxious.
After a long conversation, Fen and I sat down on one of the park benches and we stayed there for a few hours. It was nice. I'm just a little amazed that I got to see Engel out and about. It was very unexpected, indeed.
