"Ed... Edward, you remember him?" Sam asks Lou while they lazily walk on the street holding hands, swinging them in the air.

"Yeah." he says breathing, turning to see her, waiting for her to keep going. As they woke up of their nap both hungry; Sam suggested a place that she adores and asked go get there walking in comfortable cloths.

"Well... I dated him very few like, three months." They are talking about their exes; well... about her exes because he has had just one-night stands most of the time instead of relationships. Cat the closer to a relationship actually.

Lou has been making fun of both her lovers saying that they had been really bad at the roll. So, she is trying to explain a bit. "Actually, we end things once we were back in Taiwan after our vacations in Mexico. I couldn't keep up with him after what he did to you. That was so immature. I didn't know you were still there, so... sorry."

He smiles at her and kiss her knuckles; she blushes, breath deep and they keep walking. "And about Adam, well... we had sex like two or three times I dunno." she says deep in thought.

"You don't know?" He raises a brown.

"Well, he was cute but easy to forget. Our encounters were so short; he was like... always nervous; so, in bed he was... precocious? I was always like...already?!"

Lou barks out a loud honk of laughter with his tummy and lungs, loud and hysterically. He stops in his tracks and bends his middle and rests his hands in his tights. She smiles fondly seeing his reaction, can't help it. "Lou stooop... don't be mean. What if he had a medical condition?" she says between laughs.

"Or bad stamina? ... or out of practice? ... or simply bad in bed?" he keeps laughing. She leaves him laughing and resumes her walking; he reaches her and hugs her from behind and walk together like that, with difficulty but it feels good "Sorry." he murmurs at her ear sounding not sorry at all still giggling.

"Of course you don't... But well... I quit dating after him. I was busy anyway." he stands by her side again and takes her hand slotting their fingers together.

"Since when? I mean, when did you date him?"

"More than a year ago. Like... before my dad's..." He nods and drops the topic before it becomes too heavy.

Once they get to the place. It is a food truck; she loves it, it's Latin food, beans, tortillas, chili, yummy. She immediately goes to the front to put their order.

"Sam, hullo, welcome, what will you have today?" she smiles at the men and start ordering things from their menu.

"So, Jhonny's not here today?" Sam asks.

"On his way." The boy answers. Lou watches her in her element, ordering for both, things he has no idea what they are. They go to sit while they wait and talk about his job and his plans for the week.

Moments after they start to eat; a man gets closer to their table wearing a big smile at Sam. "Sam, amiga, cómo estás?" ("Sam, my friend, how are you?") He says in his language.

"Hey Jhonny, so nice to see you here. I miss your frijoles con chorizo." She answers over his chest while they hug.

"Oh, let me prepare them right now." They look too comfortable with each other for Lou's taste. She hugging his waist and rubbing his arm while he strokes at her cheek and smiles fondly at her.

While they talk Lou gets a call and moves to get it instead to keep watching their affectionate exchange. "Sam, is for you." He interrupts unapologicaly.

She takes the phone and puts it in her ear not recognizing the number and moving away. "Sam, Hello, I'm sorry to call to your husband's phone but you weren't answering yours." It's Matvey, her coworker next in command in the lab.
