With Emmaline's departure to Germany coming up, the couple attempted to spend as much time together, doing even the simplest tasks with each other.

"Tay, is it even?" Emmaline stood on her tippy toes, adjusting the new picture frame she was hanging up in her living room. It was a landscape picture of the mountains that she found in a boutique.

Taylor was sitting on the couch, blanket over her legs, sipping at a mug of coffee. The singer was also nose deep in a book. Setting her book down, Taylor looked at the picture. Holding up her fingers, she tilted her head.

"Little to the left." Emmaline listened. "Little to the right now baby." Emmaline listened once more. "Perfect."

"Does it look good?"

"Mhm. It fits really nice." Emmaline nodded, looking at the picture once more. "Where are the candles you got?"

"Right here. I'm gonna' put one here," Emmaline set the candle down on the coffee table, "And one here." Emmaline reached up to a shelf on the wall where she had family pictures. Taylor began to notice small things like this, and also noticed that there was no mother figure present in any picture within her house. Just Adeline and her father.

"Didn't you get three?" Taylor questioned

"Yes. I was thinking about giving you one for your apartment. Since they're all the same scent. My house can smell like yours and vice versa."

"That's adorable love. Come here." Taylor opened her arms a little, to which Emmaline smiled and blushed. The taller girl walked over and settled into her girlfriend's arms.

It was moments like these that fueled the contentment deep within Taylor's soul. She had been craving this contentment, the feeling of being okay, more than okay, for years.

Moments like these were nice, but reality dawned when she was hit with her girlfriend's raging and uncontrollable ADHD. The younger girl sat up, pressed a quick kiss on Taylor's forehead, then walked back over to bag of stuff she had bought from the boutique earlier.

Taylor watched for a second, admiring her girlfriend. She watched as Emmaline picked up a mason jar filled with daises and looked around the living room.

The singer couldn't help but let her head tilt to the side in pure admiration. Taylor was positive her eyes were twinkling in this moment, her heart swelling as Emmaline held the jar up to certain areas in the room, picturing where it would go best.

When she finally found a spot across the room, she walked over, and placed the jar on another wooden shelf that was on the wall. Placing the jar down so gently, she looked moved back. Taylor watched her every movement.

"I think it looks good there." Taylor said softly, Emmaline turning with a smile.

"Yeah?"

"Yeah. You have a thing for interior design. Very talented." Emmalien blushed slightly, twirling her hair like a little girl. This made Taylor laugh, the singer shaking her head. She felt like she was dreaming.

"Practicing for our house my love." Emmaline thought this comment went straight under Taylor's radar, but in reality, this comment had Taylor picturing their future.

Although they'd only been together for almost a month, Taylor could see this going the mile.

"So when's your guys' one month?" Blake asked, sipping at her mimosa as the friend group had their weekly get together at Gigi's apartment.

"Tomorrow"

"Mmm exciting, and what are you doing?" Selena added with a smirk. Taylor blushed, shaking her head as she looked down.
