'I will never fall for you.'

The doctor checked Ishika's condition. Near the bed stood Anjali, her arms crossed, her stance resolute. The air was thick with tension, a palpable barrier that seemed to emanate from her very being. Before her, Lorenzo stood, a mix of desperation and remorse in his eyes. He just wants to sit beside her and take care of his love who was living a trauma from which he should have protected her. But Anjali was unyielding, the protector for her sister's health.

" Anjali I know you are worried but I didn't knew it myself. I got to know that after the damage was already done and no one actually touched her. They only wanted to sc..." Lorenzo said with pleading eyes.

" So shameless you are. You are still giving excuses. I even doubt if your brother actually kills her in front of you, you had even try to stop him. You are just his controlled doll after all." Anjali scoffed.

" Enough, Anjali. Not a word.." Lorenzo seethes but Anjali glared at him more intensely.

" I will. Truth is truth. Knowing that you liked her he still gave her such a trauma. Look at you, you are protecting his precious one though." Anjali manipulated him.

" She just fainted due to shock. She will be fine soon." Doctor worded and left.

Before Lorenzo could step in, Anjali glared at him.

" Until she is unconscious, Let her breath peacefully will you?" Anjali scoffed and he sulked.

After an hour Ishika woke up and Lorenzo was still standing at the doorframe. Once she opened her eyes as per their plan to fool Lorenzo Ishika smiled at him. She saw Anjali glaring at him.

" Can we have a good talk, please?" Ishika asked Lorenzo and he nodded.

He closed the door and stood outside.

" Did you forgot our plan?" Ishika whispered.

" I had ruin 1000 of such plans if it comes with your tears." Anjali whispered back with anger.

" Anjali, I am fine. Let's stick to our plan. Don't be harsh on him. Make him believe you accept him that's what we decided right?" Ishika convinced and she nodded.

Anjali let him in and he sat beside Ishika. He gently stroke her hair with a smile.

" I am sorry. I know my apology can't heal you but I really do love you, caro." Lorenzo said lovingly.

Ishika just smiled at him.

" I will give you a last chance." Anjali internally gritted while smiled a little in front of him.

" Let's watch constellations together today." Ishika chimed.

" As you wish." They said in unison.

' Aniket kamina kahan mar raha hai. Main iski jaan na lelu kahin. Mujhe itne jaldi jail nhi jana.' Anajli thought fisting her hand at Lorenzo's smile adoring Ishika.
( Aniket, rascal, Where the hell are you? I hope before you come to get us I can control the urge to kill him. I don't want to end up in prison so early.)

' Dekho toh kaise dekh raha hai. Nazar laga raha hai meri behen ko. Kaash ek murder maaf hota.' Anjali gritted internally.
( Look at how he is looking at my sister. Casting his evil eyes on her. I wish that one murder was forgive able.)

Aniket and Ronak made up their mind to keep an eye on the mansion until they act against them. Before Nico arrives they need to get the girls out since with Nico near the manor, getting them out was unsafe. Aniket installed 4 spies in the manor. 2 at gate and 2 between servants serving the girls. He even gave a spy camera to Anjali which is hidden in her earring. Ronak was laughing at her sister's attempt of manipulation and Lorenzo following her.
