Christmas has come round quickly, I'm so happy I get to spend it with Y/n. The last time we spent Christmas together she got me that Niffler. I wake up, there is exactly one week till the big day. Y/n sleeps peacefully next to me and I smile. She means so much to me and I love her so much. I know in the end our relationship is doomed, the whole Wizarding world and possibly even the Muggle world is doomed as well.
I frown, one day when all of this is over. She will find out the truth, I don't know if she will ever forgive me when she finds out; but I'll do my best to win her heart back, I feel horrible. I know she will hate me, I'll break her heart. There have been times where I feel like just ending what we have, to save her the trouble later on. But I'm too selfish, I want her all for my self and what I don't know yet is I'll be destined to make a bug decision. One that will change the entire dynamics of this game we're playing.

I find myself in Hogsmead, looking for the perfect gift to give Y/n. When I stumble upon the jewellery store, one thing is for sure she loves jewellery. Not as much as her Niffler loves it, but I know she loves it. I walk into the store and I'm greeted by and old lady, I haven't seen her before in all my years. She has a bumped back but she seems kinda enough.
"Looking for anything in particular, dearie?"
"Well....yes, I'm looking for a Christmas gift."
"For whom, may I ask? Must be a special lady."
"She is a special lady indeed...I love her so much."
The older woman smiles at me and taps me on the back, she grabs my hand and my heart slightly warms as she tries to find something to help me. She brings me over to a necklace in particular and points to it. An icy blue diamond necklace, she takes it out of the glass barrier and shows it to me.
"It's beautiful."
I say to her, she smiles and turns it around. I take a closer look to find the words.
'I love you so much.'
Engraved onto the back, I stand up straight, taken aback that it says the exact words I said to this woman not even a minute ago. I look to the side, next to me there are a bunch of rings.
"What rings are those?"
She turns with a smile.
"Wedding rings, dear."
One ring in particular catches my eye. A green emerald stone with a little diamond design's.

A voice tells me in my ear, but it's not my voice. It's the voice of the old woman. I look at her, shocked.
