Shantelle's POV
"Ughhh Tiara, ang sakit nanaman ng ulo ko because I didn't sleep well last night" I said while lying down on my comfy bed with the aircon on full blast at 6:30 in the morning.
Tiara is one of my closest friends since high school and my 'go to' person to share my life problems. To be honest, I don't know how we became best friends because she is one of the most popular and pretty girls in the batch. While I am part of the introvert club of our school.
"Why can't you sleep? What are you worried about again?" Tiara said
"The usuals, naiisip at naooverwhelm nanaman ako sa pressure na binibigay saakin ng parents ko to continue the family business and I feel that I am not doing enough in my job" I said
Nasasayangan kasi ako sa furniture manufacturing business that my father built kasi one of the leading companies na siya tapos marami na rin ang mga successful projects nito. Actually, ito nga ang naging inspiration ko kaya ako kumuha ng business management course for my undergraduate degree.
"Hay nako, yan nanaman ang iniisip mo. Why are you always worried about that ba e sa nakikita ko you are capable enough to manage that company since you are already being trained by your dad to manage that since what ..... uhm 15?" said Tiara.
"I know, I know, nagooverthink nanaman ako. Ughhhh. I sometimes really hate this part of me especially if it interferes with my sleeping sched" I said while getting out of bed and starting to prepare for another work day. "By the way, are you in Manila? Lets go out this weekend!"
"Sorryy my best friend! Pass ako. I'm currently in the airport going to Finland to have a business arrangement with another local travel agency there" said Tiara
Lumalaki na rin kasi yung market ng tourists na gusto pumunta ng Finland from Manila kasi maraming magagandang scenery pictures ang inuupload ng mga popular influencers sa mga leading social media pages and news articles. Favorite place rin pala ito ni Tiara, especially during winter season.
"Basta sama ako sa next trip mo ahh, any country okay ako. Mag prepare na ako papunta office, have a safe flight and don't forget to update me, bye!" I said
