Atharva chamber
Atharva entered their chamber and was greeted by the sight of Kasika, dressed in a soft cotton lehenga. She looked relaxed and fresh, as if she had recently taken a bath.
He smiled at the sight of her, his eyes roaming appreciatively over her form. "You look lovely," he said, his voice low and intimate.
Kasika turned to greet him, her eyes lighting up as she saw him. "Aap aa gye" (You're back)
she said, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. "How was your day?"
Atharva approached her, his gaze never leaving her face. He reached out to gently brush a strand of hair away from her forehead.
"Better now that I'm here with you," he replied, his voice filled with tenderness.
Kasika called out for a maid, who entered the chamber almost immediately. "Please bring us some food," she said, her voice commanding yet gentle.
The maid bowed deeply and retreated from the room, leaving Kasika and Atharva alone once more.
Atharva took a step closer to Kasika, his eyes never leaving her face.
He gently reached out to take her hands in his, his touch warm and comforting. "I missed you today," he admitted softly, his voice filled with tenderness.
Kasika smirked playfully at him. "We just saw each other this morning," she reminded him,
Atharva said" ab apka yeh haseen chehra hame har pal yaad aata hai toh isme hamari kya galati"
Kasika rolled her eyes playfully, but couldn't help the blush that tinged her cheeks at his compliment.
she said, her voice laced with affection. "But I suppose I can't deny that I missed you too. Just a little."
He gave her a playful smirk. "Just a little, huh?" he asked, a hint of mock arrogance in his voice. "I don't believe you."
He drew her closer, his arms encircling her waist. "I know you missed me much more than just a little."
Kasika quickly changed the subject and inquired, "So, what went on in the sabha today?" ( Court)
Atharva paused for a moment, realizing that Kasika was changing the subject. He smiled, amused by her subtle attempt to redirect the conversation.
"The sabha was uneventful," he replied, his tone nonchalant. "Just the usual discussions and debates. But I'm here to relax now, not to talk about politics."
