I threw on a grey and black crew shirt that was ripped, black shorts and black Vans. I then curled my hair and applied some makeup.
I then put on her bracelets and my choker. The door opened again and in came 4 boys including my roommate.
They all sat awkwardly on Michael's bed. Michael went for a shower.
"You must be Michael's band mates." I said, knowing the answer. He nodded.
"You must be his roommate he told us about." The one with blonde hair said. I nodded.
"You guys got names? Or should I pick some out for you?" I asked, grabbing my phone and putting it into my pocket.
"I'm Luke." The blonde said, he smiled making his lip ring move.
"Calum," The tan one said, smiling. I smiled back.
"And then the greatest person of them all, I'm Ashton." The other blond said, smiling a wonderful smile.
He seemed nice.
"You play?" He asked, looking at my desk. My black and white drumsticks stood beside my computer.
"Um...when I was younger. Don't really play anymore." I said, he nodded.
There was an awkward silence.
Michael came back. His hair a wet mop across his head.
He wore a pair of jeans and a Green Day muscle shirt. He sat on the bed and laced up his shoes then fixed his hair.
We all left together. I dragged them along with me to get Natalie. She opened her door and stepped out before seeing them.
"Um...Hi. Who's this?" She asked, looking at the boys.
"This is Michael's band. Michael is my new roommate. Gunna go party with us." I said. She nodded and then we all walked through the campus and to the party.
When we arrived we all split apart other than me and Natalie. We did our ritual, got some drinks and tried to see who we could take back with us.
I got nothing, so I took a break and went outside.
I needed some air, all those bodies next to you really screws with your mind.
"God, every single girl in there has been trying to get in my pants all night. Jesus." Ashton said, coming out of the room and leaning against the banister before buttoning up his jeans.
"Not me." I said, taking a swig of my beer and breathing in the cool breezy weather. My legs were cold.
"I'm glad. I hate a slut." He says, taking a sip of his beer then sitting it beside him.
"Michael told me what happened with your original roommate." He said, I sat my beer on the banister and looked at him.
"You're treading on some thin ice. I suggest you be careful with your words." I threatened. I really did wanna talk about her, but not with someone I didn't know.
He sighed and looked out at the people in the grass. Laying there. They were both drunk and I'm pretty sure the girl was palming the guy through his pants.
Disgusting.
"I really just wanna go back to the dorms and try to sleep." I said. He nodded and I started walking towards our campus.
I sat down at the quad and looked at the stars above my head.
I began talking to her.
"I miss you a lot. I don't guess you can see me but I want you to know that I miss you and that I stole some of your things to keep to remember you by. I know it hasn't been long but I still dream about you." Shooting stars flew across the sky. I watched them fly, before standing and finding my dorm.
I opened the door and found the room was empty. I grabbed my shower stuff and then a t-shirt and my brother's old boxer briefs.
I walked to the shower area and took a hot shower. I then took off my makeup, which I was really self conscious about it, I didn't let a lot of people see me without makeup on.
I then pulled my hair into a ponytail and walked back. By now, Michael was back.
"Hey." He said, as I walked into the room. I nodded at him and fell onto the bed.
"Well, how was your first college party?" I asked.
"A lot of girls. Touching a lot of me. Making me uncomfortable. I hated it." He said, sighing as he stared blankly at the ceiling.
"Sorry for making you come. You didn't have too." I apologized.
"I would not have known that I didn't like parties if I didn't go."
"Yeah, I guess so. Well, I'm going to bed. Don't stay up too late. Classes tomorrow." I warned him. He nodded.
"Alright, mum." He said, smiling. I smiled and turned off my lamp.
