nessa's pov

jayla and i were currently swimming in the pool. javon and jaden decided to take daelo to the arcade to have a boys day.

"soo how do i tell javon that i'm leaving for two weeks?" i sighed, "you just tell him, he'll understand" she laughed. "he's always gone for months on end for filming or boxing" she shrugged.

"i just feel bad" i sighed, "are you guys even dating?" she asked raising her eyebrow at me. "well, i mean technically no. he hasn't asked me." i said.

"then don't worry about it" she laughed. "hello ladies!" jaden said in a funny voice. "hey jay" i smiled, "hi jayjay come in!" jayla said.

"i wanna come in!" daelo said, "go get your swimsuit on" jayla said. daelo ran inside to change, jaden also.

"hey nessa" javon smiled, "hey!" i smiled back. "come in the water!" i said. javon emptied out his pockets from his shorts and took his shirt off.

he went to the diving board and jumped in. he came up from the water and swam over to us.

"i missed you" he smiled at me, he placed his hands on the side of my hips and dragged me closer to him. i smiled and laid my head on his chest.

"i missed you, more" i smiled, "you guys are too cute" jayla smiled heading to the stairs. "where you going?" i asked, "ice pops and seeing where daelo and jaden are they're taking forever" she laughed.

she walked inside the house, leaving javon and i in the pool.

"now that i finally have you alone.." javon trailed off, "would you maybe want to be my girlfriend?" he asked.  "are you kidding?" i laughed softly, "i thought you'd never ask" i said pulling his face closer to mine and kissing him.

he pulled away and smiled, "i could get used to this" he chuckled. "good" i said kissing him again.

jayla and the boys came back out, "come eat ice pops!" daelo said, "got your favorite! grape" he said, "i'm comin!" i said popping out of the pool.

i sat on one of the lounge chairs and unwrapped the grape popsicle. javon moved my legs and sat on the edge of my chair and placed my legs back on his lap.

"javon" i said, "yes, my love?" he questioned. "i'm going to california for two weeks. i was wondering if you would maybe wanna come with me? and meet my brother?" i asked nervously.

he turned over to me and smiled widely, "are you joking? i would love to come with you to cali. it would be so much fun" he smiled.

"when would we leave?" he asked, "i know it's last minute, but my brother got me a ticket for this weekend" i said. "i'll talk to my parents about it tonight" he said.

he gently placed one of his hands on my leg and ate his popsicle with his other.

"okay, lovebirds" jaden said playfully rolling his eyes, "i need nessa's help with my science homework" he sighed. "get your own girlfriend" javon said rolling his eyes.

"oh javon, don't be jealous" i said, "fine, fine. go help him" he said. "i'll come to your room for a movie after" i smiled pecking his lips.

jayla, daelo, and javon went back into the pool for a little bit. i went into jayla's room and quickly changed into some clothes and met jaden in his room.

"okay, jayjay show me your work" i said sitting at his desk. he showed me his science work and i explained to him what he had to do.

"see, why can't my teacher explain it like you" he laughed. "maybe you just don't pay attention" i teased, "so. you and my brother are dating?" he asked, "uh yeah" i smiled.

jaden and i continued working on his science and then he insisted that i help him with his math homework. by the time we were done it was late and i had to head home.

javon knocked on the door and peaked his head in. "so, i guess no money huh?" he asked. "i'm sorry, javon. it's late i should head home" i sighed.

javon looked upset and i felt terrible. "i'll drive you home" he said. "bye jayjay" i said, "bye nessa. thank you for the help!" he said.

i smiled softly and grabbed my things. i said bye to jayla, daelo, and their parents.

javon and i got in the car and he drove me off to my house. "javon, i'm sorry" i said, "it's okay, nessa" he said. "i just don't want you to be disappointed" i sighed.

"disappointed? i'm gonna have two whole weeks with you" he smiled. i turned to him with a wide smile, "really? they said yes?" i asked excitedly. "yes!" he smiled pulling me into a kiss.

"i'm so so excited! we're gonna have so much. you'll love drew! and madelyn she's like a sister to me she'll be there" i smiled. "i can'f wait" he said, kissing the top of my head.

"have a goodnight" he smiled, "you too, baby" i said grabbing my things and heading into my house.

i went upstairs and decided to hop into the shower, i did my regular routine. once i was done i went back to my room and changed into some pajamas.

"hi honey" my mom popping her head in, "hi mama. how was work?" i asked. "same as always" she laughed. "did you have fun today?" she asked, "always" i replied.

"i have something to tell you" i said, my mom's face nearly dropped to the floor. "oh god. are you pregnant? please say no" she said.

"uh no, i'm not pregnant" i said laughing, "but remember the boy javon i met?" i asked, "yes" she said. "well...he asked me to be his girlfriend! i said yes and he's also coming with me to california" i smiled.

"that's great, honey" she smiled laughing me. "she's such a sweet boy! i'm happy for you and that's fun that he will be with you" she said.

"i love you, honey! get some rest" she said kissing my forehead. "goodnight, mama" i said hugging her. i crawled under the covers and decided to watch some law & order until i fell asleep.
