RACHEL FELT hot. She began pacing around the basement of the Forman's as she held her hair back with one and the other resting on her chest.
She's never felt this way before. She's never felt this panic and she knew Jay, Nate, and Nikki would pop up at any given moment and they probably wouldn't care about Rachel's current panic, instead two of the three would probably kill her.
"Rachel," Josh called. "you need to calm down."
"Yeah, just think about it. You could be Skank of the Year because of this!" Gwen smiled.
"I don't want to be a skank! Let alone a skank for a year!" Rachel shouted. "I'm not a skank! We kissed before I was with Jay and after Nate told me that he and Nikki were on a break."
"Then why are you freaking out?" Leia asked. "I'm sure they'll understand."
"God, I wish I thought like you." Rachel muttered.
Josh sighed. "Rachel-"
"No, this is big, okay?" She sighed. "I kissed my ex-boyfriend immediately after he told me that he and Nikki were on break. Does that make me a skank?"
"If I say yes will you all shut up?" Ozzie asked. "I lost Spice Girls tickets because of you and I'm trying to get them back!"
Rachel sighed and rested her hands against her forehead as she muttered "this is bad, this is so bad" under her breath.
"Maybe they weren't listening." Leia said, trying to find something to comfort the girl. "I highly doubt they were listening."
Suddenly the back door of the basement flew open and a disheveled Nate rushed inside and shut the door behind him, his back pressing against the door.
"They know." He huffed. "They know everything."
Nate pushed himself off of the door and began placing things in front of it.
"Think that's gonna keep Jay and Nikki out?" Gwen asked.
"Yeah!"
Rachel sighed. "They could just use the other door, Nate."
