Aaron Zhang and Owen Zhai strolled through the campus exhibition, the golden hues of the setting sun casting a warm glow over the booths. The lively atmosphere, filled with laughter and chatter, seemed to reflect Owen's carefree spirit. On the other hand, Aaron was more reserved, but he found himself relaxing in Owen's presence.
"So, what do you want to see first?" Owen asked, his eyes twinkling with excitement.Aaron shrugged, a small smile playing on his lips. "You're the guide. Lead the way."
Owen grinned and grabbed Aaron's arm, pulling him towards a booth decorated with colorful posters and banners. "How about this one? The Department of Visual Arts always has the coolest stuff."
They stopped in front of a display showcasing various student artworks. Owen pointed at a particularly striking painting of a sunset. "Look at that! Isn't it amazing?"
Aaron nodded, genuinely impressed. "It's beautiful. The colors are so vibrant."
Owen turned to him, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "Bet you didn't know I could paint too, huh?"
"Really?" Aaron raised an eyebrow. "You play the guitar and paint? Is there anything you can't do?"
"Math," Owen said with a laugh. "Math and I are sworn enemies."
Aaron chuckled. "Well, I guess I could tutor you in math if you ever need it."
"I might just take you up on that," Owen replied, giving Aaron a playful nudge.

They continued their exploration, moving from booth to booth. Each department had something unique to offer, and Owen's enthusiasm was infectious. They tried on lab coats at the Chemistry booth, posed for silly photos with props at the Theater Arts booth, and even took a spin on the stationary bikes at the Kinesiology booth.
Aaron found himself genuinely enjoying the evening. He couldn't remember the last time he had so much fun, just being himself without the weight of academic expectations. Owen's free-spirited nature was a breath of fresh air, and for the first time in a long time, Aaron felt like he could truly relax.
"So, what made you choose Political Science?" Owen asked as they walked towards the next booth.
Aaron thought for a moment. "I've always been interested in how societies work, how decisions are made, and how policies affect people's lives. Plus, my family has high expectations, and Political Science seemed like a respectable choice."
"Respectable, huh?" Owen teased. "Sounds like a lot of pressure."
"It is," Aaron admitted. "But I do enjoy it, even if it can be overwhelming at times."
"Well, if you ever need a break from all that respectability, you know who to call," Owen said with a wink.
