it's allergy season, i hate my face
it's almost contagious, this constant race.
plastic surgery only goes so far,
unaffordable and risky, a distant star.
stuck with this nose and puffy eyes,
makeup does nothing to disguise.
so if i could give you any advice,
it's to love yourself and be nice.
to your face, and body too,
any shape and size, i will always love you.
put down the syringe, and let your beauty shine.
as mother once said, "scary? my god, you are divine."
