Retro POV:
"Welp, these few weeks are gonna be hella boring." I said to Jay. "I mean, hey, at least we don't have to deal with world-ending fights... for now." Jay replied. "Yea, but what do we do no-" I say before getting interrupted by a voice shouting "HELP! THERE'S AN MURDERER!" which sounded like... Clay? "Well, that can't be good. C'mon, Jay, let's go." *I say, getting up and getting ready to head into JMA. "Do we really hhhhhhaaaavvvveee to? What if I just kept you here and we did something.. Else?~" Jay said, teasing me by wiggling his hips a tiny bit. "Yes, we have to, we're protecting this place for as long as necessary, including things like this. As for your offer, how about a bit later?~" I say, grabbing him by the tail and bringing him along. "Mmmmhhhh, finee. But is this really necessary? I can actually walk y'know." Jay says, talking as if I'm dragging him off the top of JMA, pulling him to the entrance. "Fair point. But while you were complaining about this, we've been here for a solid minute." I say, letting go of his tail. As he gets up, we both look into the hallway to see... Anemone's dead body?! "Huh, a brat's dead body. It's almost as if someone had a specific character they wanted to kill off because they hate writing them and their personality, and it's as if this isn't the first time this has happened... (B:... I was never here :D) Eh, I'm sure it's just a feeling. So, we got a murder mystery on our case?" Jay says with a slightly suspecting tone. "I mean, I guess s- where did you get that outfit and how did you change that fast." I say, looking at Jay in a sudden detective outfit that, I cannot lie, almost looks like some sort of Hat Kid would wear.
(B: oh hey I'm not dead. SOOOO, I have been slacking IMMENSELY, and I know it sucks D: But hey! At least this isn't the only project I'm completely forgetting about, there's two others, which.. Doesn't make it better, but oh well. I'll be trying to get these out more, love you guys!)
