Jennie's POV

It was frustrating that the lunch end up into a disaster

But

It was also interesting.

I found someone I could play on to pass my free time. She was almost perfect- tall, mid length hair, small face, pretty handsome and charming- I think she's sexy too. Too bad that she's slow minded.

Right now we all sit around the table facing each other as we try to have a normal conversation about the incident.

"We will make a way to pay you miss Kim but....give us a week to earn the money" Irene sternly said.

"A week?" I chuckled "What you're asking for is impossible to happen Irene"

Rosé look at me fear is evident in her eyes, her hands trembling as she cling on Irene's arm.

"You're filthy rich! Why do you need the money so bad?!? We can't give it to you for a day!" her tone rises up.

It's not about the money Irene, it's about Rosé.

"Uh uh, don't use that tone over me. I'm talking to you nicely"

"Jennie a day is not enough, just give them what they're asking for"

Lisa rub my arm but I have my rules, what I want is what they should obey.

"Please miss Kim, give us a week. We're not as rich as you are. We only earn a little for a living and the restaurant is the only thing that make us survive" the girl named Seulgi pleads.

They really don't know me, I met the person I want to have and I won't let the chance to slip away. I need Rosé to be with me first minute tomorrow morning either by hook or by crook. I play dirty.

"Do you think it's that easy to give chance? Lemme be straightforward miss Bae and miss Kang, this girl here" I point Rosé "Is the one who needs to pay. Not the two of you. But since you said you're family, then it's your problem to search for money. If not, Rosie will come with me and work for me"

"I'll g-go" Irene said.

"Pardon?"

"I v-volunteer to work for you miss Kim"

Seulgi hold her arm "Baby what are you saying? We will find a solution, you don't have to work for her"

"Ha. Bad news Irene, I don't accept volunteers. The one at fault should be the one needs to be punish"

"Jendeukie, Rosie can't work for you" Jisoo interrupt.

"And why not?!?"

"Irene already told you she has an immature personality disorder. Meaning she's incapable of .."

"She's not paralyzed. She can learn!" I slam my hand on the table that made Rosé flinch.

"Stop it. You're scaring her more" Irene rub Rosé's shoulder.

She's adorable the way she bite her thumb and have an anxious look. Her eyes would often steal glances to each one of us but when it comes to me she tries to avoid eye contact.

"As I said, you can't volunteer. I want the right amount paid 7 AM tomorrow, if you can't make it on time....prepare her things because I'm going to pick her up"

"W-Wait....c-can we please adjust the time? 5 PM" Irene plead.

I was about to speak when Jisoo butt in "Okay. 5 PM, we will wait for the payment"

Jisoo glared at me when I rolled my eyes, the nerve of her to cut me off.

"Thank you Jisoo. We will pay the amount tomorrow once we find enough money, don't worry we will not ran away"

"You really must not ran away" I look at her deadly "Or else your guardian angel can't save you"

"Y-You're bad! I h-hate you!" Rosé suddenly blurt out.

Even though she's mad at me, I can't help but smile mentally. She's so cute like a 3 year old kid having tantrums.

It's not my nature to act like this, to be honest I can let it pass and leave it all behind. I can just buy a hundred exact pair if I wanted to and throw this messy one. But when I saw the one who did it to me I told myself I shouldn't let this opportunity go. That's why I took advantage of it.

Let's play some game Rosie.

"Rosie take that back, s-say s-sorry to miss Kim" Irene said in a soft tone.

"No unnie! She's bad! I said I'm sorry but she didn't forgive me! I don't like to stay with her unnie"

She started to become teary eyed, lips trembling.

"Sssshhh its okay Rosie. Unnie won't let you stay with her, okay? Don't cry. You look ugly" Irene tried to sooth her.

You can't be sure of that Bae. Rosé will be with me.

But the latter started sobbing in her arms "P-Promise? C-Cross y-your h-heart?"

"Promise Rosie, cross my heart"

"I think it's all settled, we will leave our company's address to you and also my contact number incase you need questions regarding to this agreement. I'm sorry for my cousin's behaviour" Jisoo said with authority.

"Its okay Jisoo" Irene look at me "Don't worry miss Kim, we will pay that half million dollars. We will find a way even if it's hard"

Let's see Irene, I'm good at this- toying on people and play them aroundin circles.

Goodluck at finding where to get that big amount, I'll make sure Irene that not a single lending company would allow you to get credit. I won't let you find that half million for a day and I'll be waiting on your arrival in my office with Rosé and her things. I'll make sure to know all information about your life and ofcourse Rosé too, tomorrow is gonna be great. I smell success right away.
