As of me, I wasn't even that happy when we won the WC. The Indian cricket fan in me smiled in relief but on the other hand the Proteas deserved it just as much, infact more than Rohit and Virat, those two already had a WC and a Champions Trophy before, but SA have a empty cabinet. I loved watching our team's celebrations, but it hurt watching Quinny and Klassen's tears and a lifeless David Miller just as much.
The little bit of happiness that I had diminished when Virat made that announcement, a knot just churned inside my stomach and my heart sank. Haven't been happy since then. But glad that Rohirat got the fairytale endings they deserve.
