The pirates begin to leave the humpback with the ancient tech and some hostages. The hostages are loaded onto the leviathan. Before the leviathan could leave, Sierra leaps across onto the leviathan. The pirates watch as the modified Goro mech lands in front of them. Sierra begins to smack the pirates around while telling the hostages to return to the humpback. Jack sees a pirate trying to sneak up on Sierra and decks the pirate in the face. Scarlet notices her crew getting wiped out by the Goro and leaves to get her mech. Jack notices the modifications made to the Goro and comments on the changes.
"I take it this is what you were working on for the last couple of years?" Asks Jack
"Yeah. It ain't finished but it'll have to do for now." Replied Sierra.
"You have a name for this mech?" Jack asks
"Still working on that." Sierra says as she punches a pirate, sending it flying across the ship.
Just then, Sierra and Jack feel a rumbling and see what looks to be shutter doors opening. A crustacean unit walks out and into view of Sierra and Jack. The mech was Queen Scarlet's own crab mech, K4R-KNS Karkinos.
"Get your starfighter ready Jack. I'm gonna get our tech back." Says Sierra, smashing the modified Goros fists together.
As Jack runs back to the humpback, Sierra confronts Scarlet and her mech. Sierra sees the karkinos and is overwhelmed by its sheer size. The karkinos dwarfed Sierras modified goro mech. Just then, Scarlet strikes with the right claw of the karkinos attempting to grab the goro. Sierra dodges the attack and tries to go for a punch only to be swatted away with the other claw. Sierra thinks about how to get the tech away from Scarlet. That's when an idea came to Sierra. Sierra slid under the karkinos and ran for the nearest wall. Scarlet follows Sierra tries to stab her with one of the claws of the karkinos. Just then, Sierra dodges the attack and manages to get the karkinos' claw stuck in the wall. Scarlet tries to pull the claw out but is unable to do so before Sierra started climbing the massive crab. Sierra sees the ancient tech and rips open the canopy of the karkinos. Sierra grabs the tech and puts it in the goro before being grabbed by the other claw. As Scarlet frees the karkinos' claw from the wall, she begins to smack the goro around and rip the mechanical gorilla apart. At that moment, Sierra sees a starfighter fly over her. Scarlet pins Sierra down and readies for one final blow.
Before the attack could land, Sierra ejects out of the goro and is sent flying into the air. Jack opens the cockpit and catches Sierra at the last minute. With the tech in hand, Sierra and Jack return to the humpback and leave the pirates behind. With a flash of light, the humpback warps away from from the leviathan as quickly as possible. Back on the leviathan, Scarlet stands over the wrecked remains of the goro. At first she was angry at loosing the ancient tech but is relieved upon seeing the well being of her crew. Before she could process the events that transpired, Scarlet is approached by her second in command Garris.
"Captain. I see you are unharmed despite the altercation. You can take solace knowing the crew is mostly unharmed though some do require medical attention. Shame about the tech. Could've made a fortune from it." Says Garris
"Garris, I'm sure you know the well being of my crew matters more than any amount of money in the galaxy. Besides, There's something special about them. something tells me we'll run into that republic ship and its crew again." Scarlet says before driving the leviathan to other parts of the galaxy.
