After getting explained the procedure of the event by Priniciple Yaga, we were dismissed. Currently Itadori was forced to hold a funeral picture frame before him as a sort of punishment from Kugisaki.

"We should discuss our attack formation." I finally decided to speak out.

"We did but you were slackin off." My pissed of green haired classmate responded.

"Shake sushi." The curse speech user agreed.

'I was just sleepy...'

"It can't be helped." Maki stood up and stretched. "We'll go through the formation again."

Two other copies of myself was released into the battle fields, leaving me to join them at the end. One of them accompanied the Tokyo students, while the other was taking care of curses. I idely walked through the tall towering trees that made up the forest. My eyes carefully examined every detail possible for me to take in.

For having sensed something somewhere atop a tree brach or so I looked behind to be met with the soul piercing gaze of a crow to which I returned the same gaze. Surveillance.

────

"Interesting." The blue haired gold digger muttered to herself as she saw the h-c haired first year's penetrating gaze.

"Please refrain from trying to think of seducing my students, Mei mei." The blindfolded man made a remark which one could interpret as a warning even.

"That is Y-n, correct?" The kyoto teacher joined the conversation her eyes still kept on the said student. "What's his family name?"

"He doesn't have one."

Paying no mind to it the subject of the conversation continued his stroll killing off curses who would try to attack him every now and then.

"He's still a 1st grade sorcerer." Mei mei spoke out. "Surely he has the skills to be a special grade, Gojo sensei." The words left her mouth as she looked at the tall man in a questioning manner, her cunning smile never leaving her face.

"You're always so nosy Mei mei." That was the only response given by the said teacher before all of them went back to surveilling the battle.

────

I felt a shiver run down my spine. Was someone speaking of me? I was unable to give it any thought as new found information came rushing to my mind. The words heard by my replica whom I had accompany the main party. Our minds were tied, so whatever he sees or hears, will be redirected back to me.

I was right. The kyoto students are planning to erase Itadori Yuuji. That old man. Tch. Those who fear the unknown will do whatever it takes to cease it from taking full form.

I picked up my pace and moved through the forest after dismissing the previous clone. Kyoto and Tokyo may have begun their clash already. They won't be able to fulfill their goal but it will still be a hindrace to the event.

This is frustrating.

I sensed a curse roughly above 1st grade. That old man ain't giving up easily. Clicking my tongue I ran through the forest's clearing, a familiar figure coming into my view. Inumaki. Before I could fully get to him the cursed energy I sensed before was gone. Someone has exorcised it. The cursed energy within the forest itself also had a massive decrease. Then among the trees stood a cursed spirit with roots risen from it's eyes.

┗━•❃°•°❀°•°❃•━┛

With my sword I sliced off the roots which emerged from the roof, catching the violet eyed boy with my free arm. "You okay?" "Shake."

With that I came down and backed away near to Fushiguro and the Kamo head who was as surprised as I was. The cause behind the roots showed itself. "Fushiguro." I called out. "Yes. That's the cursed spirit who had attacked Gojo sensei."

"Inumaki are you sure you can move?" Concerned, I asked my classmate refusing to let him go ever since. He simply used his choice words to say he's fine to which I frowned but complied. Before either of us could decide our next move, the tree curse began the battle on it's own cue.

"Don't move!"
