Sophie peered over Ayera's shoulder, looking at her watch.
" we've been in here for like 2 days," Sophie said, rubbing her eyes.
" I haven't got any sleep during any of them. When can we get out of here" Sophie looked down at the floor, suddenly, the bunker door opened, and the girls could hear noise coming from outside.
" do you think it's safe?" Sophie whispered.
" I don't know." Ayera whispered back.
She saw all the girls, including Kai, start going out of the bunker.
Sophie shrugged and decided to go out too.
The air was not fresh, it was smoky and it felt as if it was poisonous to breath in.
The sky was a dark shade of grey, and clouds covered the sun as if it was a life or death situation.
" what happened out here.." Amelie said.
A brunette called Sienna came out of the bunker too and gasped.
Suddenly Sophie heard a gun shot.
" GO BACK!" Sophie screamed, and they all did, Sophie ran back for the bunker but tripped over a stone, and grazed her leg badly.
" argh!"
She struggled back up and ran for the bunker before it closed.
Every one had gotten inside..but Sophie was left out.
She watched as the bunker closed, and got locked. She screamed: " no! Let me in! It's dangerous!" She screamed and banged on the bunker door.
She gasped for air, looking all around her.
She saw a group of people, who were holding...GUNS!? " I need to hide!" She looked around and saw a little cavern,and ducked inside it.
She could hear the footsteps come closer, and closer..until they were right next to her.
Sophie could just overhear what they were saying.
" we saw them just a minute ago, do you think they got back in?" A muffled voice asked.
They had a deep voice, which reminded Sophie of Archie.
" well, obviously! You just decided to shoot!" Another voice said.
They had passed now, and Sophie peered through a little gap in between the cavern to see who it was.
She gasped in shock.
Archie and James!
She had thought they were nice guys, even though she said no to James when he asked her out.. but Archie!? They had been friends for very long, and for Archie to hold a gun as if hunting her down, was quite a stretch surely.
She looked around the cavern.
She spotted something, and when she went to see what it was, it was a pistol.
" I could use this," Sophie picked it up and put it in her pocket.
" I need to try convince them killing isn't the way"
