Elena's POV
"I can't believe you two are over!" Caroline screamed at me.
I looked at Matt. He looked away and walked down the hall.
"I've got to go," I told caroline. I sped down the hall, not really looking where I was going.
I was about to enter my hall when I ran into someone.
"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry," I said.
I looked to see who it was. It was Suzie. She rolled her eyes and went to the hall where the eight graders go. I sighed and entered my class. History with Mr. Tanner. I sat beside my best friends. Meredith and Bonnie
A/N Meredith was another character in the books. Elena's group used to be 4 but in the show its 3.
They smiled and waved. I got out my binder and books and listened to Mr. Tanner's speech on how we should act. Apparently, we are supposed to not have fun. Typical Tanner. This school year is going to be a blast
Suzie's POV
I sat in my desk in my English class. My friends are all in different classes, so I'm all alone. I looked up when someone walked by me. It was a boy with brown hair and green eyes. He smiled at me. I blushed and looked away. The teacher began to speak.
"My name is Jared," The boy said. "Jared Salvatore."
I looked at him. "Suzie Gilbert."
Maybe I do have a friend after all...
