Sophie woke up. Grady was standing over her glaring at Keefe. "What is he doing in your bed?" He asked.
"When I was getting ready for bed I started hearing weird noises. I hailed Keefe because he was the first person I thought of." She lied. Sophie didn't want to tell Grady she loves Keefe. "He came over and sent me colorful breezes. After that I fell asleep."
After she said that Keefe sat up and smirked "Yeah, Foster needs me." He joked.
Just then Edaline walked in with a goofy grin. "Good morning! I made mallowmelt!" Edaline told Sophie and Keefe.
"Race!" Keefe said as they jumped out of Sophie's bed.
"You're on!" Sophie said running down the stairs. Then Sophie tripped and Keefe caught her.
"Looks like Foster is falling for me," Keefe said smirking.
"Sure. Sure." Sophie said blushing. Keefe picked up Sophie and finished running down the stairs. Keefe grabbed the plate of mallowmelt and walked over to Calla's panakes tree.
Once they sat down Keefe asked "Sophie can I tell you something?"
"Yeah, you can tell me anything." Sophie replied.
"Okay. Well, SophieIhavelovedyousinceIsawyou,youaremybestfriendandIwantyoutobemoreIwillgoatyourpace."
"Keefe I love you too," Sophie told him. Then she leaned in and they kissed.
