This is two weeks later and Fitz is having a tribunal because he attempted to murder Sophie.
P.s. Mr. Forkle taught Emery how to get into Sophie's mind after she got stabbed by Fitz, because that was Sophie's first tribunal after Oralie died.
Emmy was in Sophie's arms as she pleaded her case. Emmys' little brown eyes looked up at Sophie.
Kenric was on Keefe's lap. Keefe held Kenric close in fear that Fitz would run up and grab him.
Jolie and Oralie were sitting with Grady and Edaline.
All of the Lost Cities were there too.
Tam was sitting next to Marella who was holding baby Milo who was blabbering away.
Wylie was holding Lila as Linh watched every moment.
Biana was holding baby Kelsee and Dex was holding baby Cassidy and Cosmo was sitting in his own chair flipping through a picture book. Kelsee and Cassidy were fast asleep.
Then Fitz presented his case.
"It wasn't me. I am a counselor. Why would I try to stab a wonderful citizen." Fitz said his voice a level tone. "Also only the Neverseen kidnap, blackmail, and murder people. And I am not apart of the Neverseen."
Then seconds, minutes, or even hours passed. Sophie wasn't sure.
"Food," Emmy cried.
"I can take Emmy." Keefe whispered standing up holding Kenric.
"Thanks," Sophie said taking Kenric and giving Keefe Emmy.
When Keefe left with the diaper bag Emery held up his hands.
"We have made a decision," he said. "Councilor Fitz is guilty. We will be locking him in Exile."
All of Sophie's friends ran over to her as everyone else walked out whispering.
"I can't believe my *insert f word here* brother tried to stab you!" Biana said.
"Auntie Biana language," Oralie said walking over with Grady and Edaline.
All of the kids of the gang call the other parents Aunt and Uncle. Reason it's cute.
"I'm sorry," Biana said.
"It's okay. I forgive you." Oralie said.
Then Keefe ran in holding a sleeping Emmy.
"You won Sophie!" He exclaimed.
"We have one more announcement." Emery said. "We just passed a law that says people with a significant, children, and more can become councilors. We would like to ask if Lady Sophie Elizabeth Foster will like to step down from leader of team valiant to become a counselor."
"Really?" Sophie asked.
"Yes," Emery said.
"Then Biana will become leader right?"
"Yes,"
"Then I'll become a counselor. If I can stay in Rosewood." Sophie said rubbing Kenric's back.
"You will be able to stay in Rosewood." Bronte confirmed.
"I accept." Sophie said.
