Chapter 23:Determination

Jimin stares at his secretaries that had just stepped inside his cabin.Taehyung and Jungkook were quite early today no, they were too early. "Are you guys feeling better? I told you to take a leave right" Jimin mutters as he turns his attention towards the two.

Jungkook smiles softly, Jimin is really concerned about them. "We are fine now sir, thank you for yesterday" Taehyung replies as Jimin shakes his head, "Mention nothing about it, that bastard are already in jail" Jimin spatted harshly, he really hates that Ji guy.

"Let's shrugs him off sir, here is the file you asked us to complete yesterday" Jungkook said as he and Taehyung handed Jimin the files.Jimin looks up at them, studying their looks. The ceo admits, his secretaries are really pretty.Even after all those years, Taehyung and Jungkook never fails to amaze him.

But Jimin notices something, the locks. Jimin doesn't know that Taehyung and Jungkook still kept the necklance Jimin gifted them. "So this is the organization that you asked us to do" Taehyung said but he saw that the ceo is dazed somewhere else. "Umm sir?" The boy asked as Jimin looked at him.

"Huh? Oh yeah, you can leave the file here" Jimin said clearing his throat, Taehyung and Jungkook moves back to their seat.

Jimin is so deep in his thoughts.The necklaces.Yes, he is still thinking about it.Jimin knows that he should not be feeling like this, but here he is now.Thinking non stop about it.The boy realize that everything escalated to quickly yesterday.And that brings him to act on the spot.

He doesn't want to comfort his secretaries, but seeing Taehyung and Jungkook all miserable from crying, hurts him to the core.It's true, Jimin hates witnessing tears on their faces.No matter how much he try to not care that much about his ex lovers, he just can't.He couldn't stop himself from protecting them.

Yet, what Taehyung and Jungkook did was unforgettable.Jimin can't just let go of the past like that right? The ceo himself didn't know what's gotten into him yesterday.One thing he knows is, he had cross his own boundaries.He let himself get involves in Taehyung and Jungkook life again.Jimin hates himself so much right now.

Still, his mind won't get off the thoughts of the two still wearing that special necklances that he gifted them.He wonders, why would they still have it with them? But he is supposed to ask himself first.Why would he still wears it? Even after everything happens.Jimin despised this so much, he hates being in such situation like this.

Time passed, right now the three are getting ready to leave. "Sir? We are going now, Is there anything you wanted us to do before we leave?" Jungkook asks softly as Jimin glance coldly at him, "nothing, you can go now" Taehyung hears the dead ice tone of voice again, and he thought Jimin is cool with them now.

As they turns towards the door, Jimin speaks. "Also, whatever happens yesterday, forget it.It was just the heat of the moment" Jimin stated fatally and the two could hear how their hearts broke at his harsh remarks.

Just the heat of the moment.

Does it mean everything was nothing to Jimin? The words, the warm embrace, the comfort and even the act of protection? Did Jimin do it all to calm them in that situation? Yes, was the only thing Taehyung and Jungkook could answers to their own question.What more could they expect right?

"S-sure sir, everything that happens yesterday was a mess.But we are thankful for what you did" Taehyung replies slowly as Jungkook continues, "And if you want us to forget about it, then we will.Thank you again for everything sir, we will get going now" Jungkook says as he makes an eye contact with Jimin's cold icy one.The ceo just stare at those doe brown orbs that held so much sadness in them.

Taehyung enters in their apartment with Jungkook following after.The two makes their way straight to bedroom. "Wanna shower together love?" Taehyung questions Jungkook softly as the boy flashed him an endearing smile, "Sure boo" the two stepped in the bathroom and did their routines.

Laying on the bed, Jungkook found himself being embrace in Taehyung arms.He wrapped his own hand around his lover.The two did nothing, just quietly staring at each other eyes. "Jungkook-ah" Taehyung calls out his lover name softly, "Yes Taehyungie" Jungkook looks up at the said boy, seeing the clear sadness on the other's face.

"Do we still have chance with him?" Taehyung asks, "I, I don't know love.Do we?" Instead of answering, Jungkook asks the question back. "I thought, after what happens yesterday, everything would finally starts changing a bit.But I'm wrong, it is still the same" Taehyung said again, "Right, I thought so too boo.But what can we expect?" Jungkook replies as he felt his eyes watering.

"I-I can't be like this, I can't stand him being like this to us love" Jungkook said again as tears fall onto his rosy cheek.Taehyung couldn't stop his own tears too, and so the tears fall. "M-me to bun, I wish everything didn't happen in the first place.We were so happy before a-and hyung love us so much but look at us now" Taehyung utters as he sobbed, bringing Jungkook closer to him.

The two regrets everything so much now, but it was too late.Or so they thought, "But we want him back right?We are not going to give up just like this right?" Jungkook asked as he looks at Taehyung who nodded slowly at his question. "Then we shouldn't stop trying love.We should win hyung back, win his heart again and make him ours again" Jungkook said as he wiped Taehyung's tears away.

"You're right bun, we shouldn't stop trying just because hyung said something harsh.We've said more harsh word to him before but still he bears it all" Taehyung said, "Yes, so we need to try harder, put more effort in melting hyung's heart.I love him so much boo, and I don't want to lose him again" Jungkook replies.

"We won't lose him again and we will have him again soon.Let's gather up our courage and have a real talk about this all with hyung tomorrow" Taehyung said, "Let's make him fall in love with us again.This time, it's not only him loving us, but it's us loving him and hyung loving us" Taehyung said again.

"Yes love, I will do anything just to make him ours again" Jungkook said, voice laced with determination. "let's try our best my bun.Remember, we have each other right?" Jungkook nodded at Taehyung's word, "I love you soo much boo, soo much" Jungkook said as he hugged Taehyung tighter."I love you more bun"

And so the two sleeps in each others warmth, with hopeful heart that everything will be better tomorrow.
