Chapter 13:Life behind the bars

Jimin moved around the cold hard floor, opening his eyes, Jimin sighed.It's been almost 40 minutes that he is trying to sleep but he still can't seem to close his eyes.The floor is super uncomfy, he is only provided with one blanket without any pillows.

"Damn, how do I sleep like this?" Jimin questions himself as he sat up.He shifted towards the small window in the room.Jimin rest his chin on his hand glazing at the night sky.The starry atmosphere looks so beautiful.

The outside world looks so peaceful and Jimin wished he could go out to take a night walk.But all he could do was stares at the shining stars dangling at the sky.The stars are scattered all around creating a shape."The stars are so pretty" Jimin mutters softly.

It's been 2 months since Jimin get imprisoned and this is his usual night routine, enjoying the night sky through the small window in his cell.Jimin was having a trouble to sleep every night, so he would always stayed up late resulting him to have sore muscles all over for not getting enough sleep.

Whenever his hyungs came to visit him, they would notice the bags under his eyes and how tired he looks.The olders was so worried for their little brother, but they could do nothing other than give him some advise.

The hyungs would also ask if he is okay but everytime Jimin get asked, he would flashed a smile to his hyungs and said to not worry about him.Jimin would say that he is doing well, that he is eating well and that he is having enough sleep. But all of that was just a lie to ease his hyungs worries.

Jimin didn't want them to worry about him and if possible, he want to tell them that they didn't have to visit them every weeks.Not that he hates when his hyungs visit him, he loves to see his hyungs every week but he doesn't want to trouble them-he doesn't want to become a burden.

He felt like his hyungs had done so much for him.Jimin knows how busy the olders are, with Yoongi and Namjoon being a ceo, of course their schedule are always packed.It was not any different with Seokjin and Hoseok too, being their husbads secretary makes their time limited.

But despite all that, the olders still find a time to visit their precious Jiminie and Jimin was beyond thankful.So if possible, he doesn't want to bother his hyungs too much.What a sweetheart, Jimin always think of others before himself.He is too selfless, too good for this bad soceity.

Gazing at the stars, Jimin can't help but let a memory flash through his mind.A beautiful memory that make him wish to be back to these days.

'Hyungie! What are you doing?' Jungkook ask, appearing out of nowhere.Jimin smiled at his boyfriend, 'Oh I was just staring at the sky baby' Jungkook Jimin replied as he turned back to the windows.

'What do you stare at the sky?' Taehyung asks suddenly sitting beside Jimin who jumped at his sudden appearance, 'Gosh honey! You scared the shit out of me' Jimin pouted as he glared at Taehyung. 'Hehe sowwy hyungie' Taehyung giggled out as Jimin ruffled his hairs.

'I am looking at the stars love'Jimin answers to Taehyung's question softly.Taehyung and Jungkook also stares at the beautiful stars, 'It's so pretty hyungie' Jungkook exclaimed slowly. 'The stars looks so alluring, it's like the stars had millions of story to tell' Taehyung mutters looking at the stars.

'I know right, the stars are so small and it can barely produce any source of light.But working together, those tiny stars succed in lightning up th whole universe.That's the power of teamwork' Jimin said as Jungkook nodded his head. 'You know, stars always gave me an encouragement' Jungkook said and Jimin looks at him.

'Really? Why do they give an encouragement to you baby?' Jimin asked getting curious, Jungkook smiles. 'Because if we try to shoot the moon, we will most likely missed it but at the end, we will still be among the stars" Jungkoom replied.
