Destiny: Time To Fall In Love

Chapter 1 - First meeting

Aashi is your ordinary college girl, cool, calm, beautiful, understanding loves her family and friends a total bubbly girl. Never dated anyone. Her collage boys and neighborhood boys are dying to date her but she doesn't want to date anyone just for fun. She believes in soulmate and yes she's waiting for that person with whom she feels that connection.

"Sweetheart you're nearly on time. You definitely don't wanna be late for Mr. Awasthi's class, he's gonna eat you alive as you know how much he hates late comers" said Richa, Aashi's best friend from kindergarten, they're more like sisters than friends.

"Yeah yeah! I know let's not waste our time any more and let's go to class" said Aashi while dragging her friend inside the classroom. When they both reached in the classroom they were shocked as the atmosphere was totally changed, girls were literally shouting like they all won lottery.

"Looks like they have finally lost their braincells due too Mr. Awasthi" Aashi said while looking at Richa. "Or maybe we both are in the wrong classroom" said Richa while making weird faces and Aashi gave her 'WTF bro' looks. "Maybe you're right and he actually made them crazy" Aashi said and then they both burst in laugh.

"Umm ...Hey Khushi what's the big deal, what's happening" we asked the girl who was sitting behind us. "Don't you guys know, we're getting a new chemistry professor and Nitya told me that she saw a little glimpse of him in Dean's office, according to her, he's handsome as hell like a character walked out from wattpad story" the girl said in fully excitement while giggling hard as she can't control her excitement. 

"O wow..." I said looking at her excited expressions. "And you know, he's way too young to be a professor he must be a genius.... that's why they all are drooling over him" she said while praising the person we didn't even meet... Before we can continue we heard a voice, it was our dean.

"Attention everyone!" We all looked Infront as we saw our Dean speaking
"I would like to inform you that your chemistry teacher Mr. Awasthi has transferred to other city"
As our dean completed his sentence, I started screaming internally "Hurrayy" I mumbled hiding my excitement, that guy really gets on my nerve, I came back to my senses when our dean started talking again "So students we have a new chemistry professor please come in Mr. Aryan Oberoi" 

Aashi's POV   

A man walked in and damn they were all correct. He doesn't look real at all, for a moment l thought that he's fictional, I found myself lost in his eyes. He was wearing a Navy blue shirt with black paint and his sleeves were fold, anyone can tell that he maintained his body really well as his biceps were clearly visible even within his shirt. Richa shaked me and I came back to my senses.. our dean already left and our new professor was about to introduce himself.

"Hey class" he greeted and in response our whole class started shouting "Hello Sirrrrr". His eyes widened seeing this energetic reaction from our class. "I'm Aryan Oberoi, your new chemistry teacher" he smiled and then said  "first of all there's few things which I would like to clear 1) I hate late comers, so if... by any chance you're late for my class, please don't attend my lecture 2) I'm not like your usual teachers ... what I mean to say is, that I don't believe in completing courses, there's no point if you don't understand right! so if there is something you don't understand... come to me anytime and last but not least always pay attention to class if you don't wanna fail exams" Everyone started laughing 

"If there's something you wanna about me.... feel free to ask" he said while looking at all of us. and then one of my classmate asked him a really stupid question "sir I want to ask you that do you have a girlfriend" He gave her 'are you for real' look and then said "I mean professional questions Miss" he said with lip tight smile "and not personal but to answer your question... NO, I don't have any girlfriend and I don't have any intention to have one either" he said sarcastically

"Sir why you became a professor?" again someone asked his a question "well I like to teach that's why" he answered and then opened a book and said "I hope that's enough for today we should start a lesson now" He started teaching and here I was screaming internally, and for some reason I was really happy when I heard that he doesn't have a girlfriend, as if I got something without even asking for it.

When he started to teach my eyes moved towards window, where I saw some boys were playing basketball. I really like playing basketball I didn't even realized that I was staring for too long until I heard Mr. Aryan's voice...

"Excuse me Miss, what's your name?" he said while pointing his index finger towards me. I gulped down my saliva and thought "God, how can someone be so handsome, is he for real. I came out from my thoughts when he again snapped his finger in front of me and said "Are you mute, I'm asking for your name "Aashi, sir ... Aashi Malhotra"

"So miss Aashi, looks like there's something more interesting happening outside isn't it, that's why you looking outside rather than focusing on class, so let's do one thing..... since you're this smart. How about you answer this question for us... Please come in front of us and delite us with your knowledge" he said while mocking me. "Ahhh! He's a jerk, he's no different from Mr. Awasthi, apart from looks" I mumbled beneath.

"Please come here Miss Aashi, we don't have all day"  Aryan said while looking at his wristwatch. I came infront and answered perfectly, "anything else..... Sirrrrr"  I said in a mocking tone. He was kinda surprised, that I answered correctly and just by looking at him... I can tell that he didn't expected it, I give him a victory smile.

"No, you can go back to your seat, but I expect you to be more attentive towards lecture... You Seems to be a bright student, don't let it waste Aashi" He said while looking into my eyes and I froze on my place, hearing my name from his mouth, made me weak on my knees.

Soon the period was over and we came to cafeteria. "Girl how did you manage to get on our new professor's bad side on a very first day" she said while laughing hard. "Even I don't know, it's a talent, I don't know how I manage to get myself in trouble every fricking time" I said in a low voice while scoffing as my both hands were covering my face.

"So what do you think about him?" Richa asked Aashi while having a sip of her hot chocolate. "About who?" Aashi not able to understand her besties smirk, asked her. "Of course about our new hot professor, he's talk of the day, entire university is taking about him" Richa said while winking at Aashi.

"Well he's hot so I think he's bearable" Aashi said while chucking "but he got the bad impression of me" she said while crying dramatically. "Ohh lala..... someone got a crush huhh!" Richa showed her evil smirk. "Who knows.... Maybe" Aashi said teasingly while blowing her a flying kiss.

Soon our college was over and we went back to our home. "Mom I'm home" I said in a tiring tone. "Okay sweety, freshen up.... dinner is almost ready" her mother said while cooking something from the kitchen. Aashi nodded her head and went inside her room. 

My mom is best in the world, since my father mostly stays in abroad for business, it's me and my mom always. she treats me like a friend more than a daughter. "How was your day sweety?" She asked me while serving food. "It was good mamma, actually best, to be specific" Aashi said with the biggest grin on her face. "Mumma, you know we have a new chemistry professor, and he's handsome as hell" Aashi said while remembering his Greek god looking like face.

"Oh my god, maybe you won't skip your college anymore" her mother said in a teasing tone. "Mommm it's not like that" I said looking down. "Okay okay, but first finish your food" Aashi nodded, giving her mother the biggest smile and start eating.

After having my dinner I came to my room and lay down on bed I was happy because it was weekend and I can sleep peacefully. "Awww my dear bed I missed you so much and I promise that I won't leave you until afternoon tomorrow" She said while being extra dramatic.

As I lay down on my bed I suddenly started thinking about him for some reason I couldn't Stop thinking about him and after few minutes I fall in sleep.

Time skip/ Next day

I don't know how but I manage to get up early, usually I sleep till afternoon but I came outside, my balcony I love my balcony it's decorated with plants l love plants when I came outside I saw something which almost give me a mini heart attack I was about to fell but manage somehow.
