Chapter Nine

The next few days off school gets worse. There's more whispers and talks about what happened. Rumours start going about how I trapped Peter and kidnapped him since he hasn't been seen at school since we went to the police. I don't know if he has been contacted or he's scared of what Zach will do if he sees Peter. I would be too, Peter is a dead man if Zach sees him again. 

We sit down in history continuing to do our project. We decided on doing it on women who have changed history, like Rosa parks and Marie Curie. Miss walks over to us and looks over our work. 

"Very good you two. I cant wait to hear it" Miss say

"Thank you, it took us a while to agree to something" I say laughing 

As I'm talking to the teacher, I can overhear more whispers. 

"Can you come outside for a second Stephanie" Miss asks 

I nod my head and followed her out to the corridor. 

"Are you okay, has anything happened? " Miss asks me 

I started crying, I couldn't hold back the tears any longer. I tell her everything about what happened and how everyone is talking about me. 

"Aw Stephanie, I'm so sorry you're going through this, school kids can be horrible. Have you went to the principle about it?" Miss asks me 

"No, we went to the police, I'm not really suppose to talk about it until they contact me." I reply 

"Okay, well I will have to let him know, since I've been made aware of it. You know if you need anything my classroom door is always open okay" she says 

"Thank you miss" I say following her into the class again 

"Everything okay" Zach whispers into my ear 

I nod my head and tell him that I'll tell him later when ears wasn't around. 

We continue working on the project when the bell goes off. We walk out of class and people were still talking and shouting things at me. I start getting upset. 

"Can you please drop me home?" I ask him 

"Darling I can't I have an exam, but you can take my car and I'll get a ride of someone else" He says kissing my head 

At this Allie comes over

"Come on I'll go home with you" Allie says wrapping her arm around me. 

Zach mouths a thank you to Allie and hands me his keys. At this everyone starts whispering more 

He never lets anyone drive his car

At that comment, Zach punches the guy and Allie drags me away from the school into Zach's car. 

She drives me to my house and we get settled in my room with ice-cream and our favourite movie grown ups to play in the background. 

"Allie I don't know how much longer I can deal with school. " I say 

"Look, I know it's hard, but you only have a few more weeks left and then you're free" She says her mouth full of ice-cream 

I laugh, " yeah suppose you're right" 

"I'm always right bitch" she laughs. " so what's going on with you and Zach, yous seem a lot more serious" 

"He's amazing Allie" I say smiling 

"Have you you know" She imitates humping and winks 

I slap her, " Allie! No I haven't but we have done other things, not much though. He tells me I'm not ready for him" I look down
