It has been days ever since the hunt for the Queen's nest was sin progress. It felt like a long time, a month for me, even.

Killua's POV:

One day, finally, I saw Y/N wake up. She stirred at the bed, groaning softly before she sat up, sitting at the hospital bed. She looked around, then at me.

"Where.. Am I?" She asked, rubbing her eyes like a small kid. I stood beside her bed, my hands shoved inside my pockets.

"Hospital. We transferred you to another place where it's much safer for you to stay in.

I saw her nod, and I left the room for a moment.

I look around the hospital. It was quiet, chilling a bit since because of its air conditioner. Suddenly, Killua, Gon, and Leorio went back to my room, smiling at me.

"You're awake!" Gon grinned, hugging me by the waist as I pat his head. Leorio smiled and nodded.

"You got a visitor." Leorio said, before gesturing to the door. I saw someone come in, squinting my eyes.

"Is that..?" I muttered, surprised.

"Hey." It was Kurapika. He came for me? I thought, as I saw him holding a boquet of my favorite flowers.

He stood beside my bed, placing the flowers on my lap as he hugged me, and Gon lets go. My head was practically ticked under his arms, as he rubbed the crown of my head slowly, yet in a gentle manner.

"You came for me..?" I asked. He looked down at me as he lets go of my head.

"Why wouldn't I? I'm worried for you." Kurapika said softly with a small smile. His eyes were empty as usual, but I can dense the concern and tenderness he has for me.

"Of course you do." I teased, giggling while poking his side. He grabbed my wrist, pinching my cheek.

"No tickling this time, Y/N." He said playfully, before eventually letting me go.

We just talked for a while, as the three watched us interact. Both of us were laughing, giggling, and telling jokes. Sometimes we'd flirt with each other, or call each other some love names.

I was just glad that he came. I was worried for him, I missed him.

I couldn't let go of his hands, as our fingers intertwined together while we talk. He was gentle, soft, calming. He calls my nerves and that's what I love him for.

"So.. How's work?" I asked, smiling.

"Work's fine." He answered.

"Ah.." I nodded. I took one of his locks, twirling it on my finger as he placed a hand on my knee, caressing it with his thumb gently.

"I'm just glad you're okay." He whispered softly.

"Likewise." I replied with a soft tone.

"I love you, Y/N." He whispered, that only I could hear. I smiled softly to his words, almost letting out a giggle.

"I love you so much." I replied.

It'll take me to get discharged from this hospital, but still least get to spend time with him.

I love you. I thought, smiling at him.
