We arrived at the location and found the rest of the gang waiting outside. Ayato seemed visibly out of place amidst the energetic group.

Ruby: chuckles Look at Ayato over there.

Togame lets out a laugh.

After parking, we walked towards them.

Ayato: Ruby! What took you guys so long? I was getting worried.

Ruby: Oh, we got a bit lost.

Ayato: Lost? Seriously? What's going on? glares at Togame

Togame was greeted by his gang members but kept his eyes on me.

Ruby: Ayato, calm down. Let's step aside for a moment.

Ayato was anxious and impatient.

Ayato: What is it? Spit it out already.

Ruby: Togame and I...

Ayato: interrupts Don't even finish that sentence. I swear I'll...

Togame: Is everything alright here? suspicious tone with a smirk

Ayato and I were startled by his sudden appearance.

Ruby: nervously Oh, Ayato is just being his usual self, teasing as always. Anyway, let's head inside.

Togame: nods in agreement Let's go, darling.

Togame put his arm around me, and we headed towards the bar entrance, leaving Ayato lost in thought.

Ayato, talking out loud: "What is she thinking? This isn't right on so many levels." He sighs, "What's gotten into you, Ruby?"

Inside the bar, the music was deafening, making it hard to converse without shouting. I began to wonder what I had gotten myself into.

The bar was packed, filled with smoke from machines and various substances.

Can I keep up with this? I'm way past my age for places like these. Maybe I should take Ayato and go...

Suddenly, the lively Choji appeared in front of us, yelling.

Choji: HEY KAME! LET'S GET SOME DRINKS! heads towards the bar

Togame chuckled and followed Choji, still holding me close. Ayato followed behind, clearly impressed by the atmosphere.

Togame: turns my chin towards him You don't need to worry about your little friend.

Ruby: blushing, distracted by his eyes Uh, I should...

Togame: places his hand on my head Don't overthink it. What are you having? It's on me.

I stared at him, feeling overwhelmed by his presence. His gaze made me feel things I hadn't felt in a long time. Could I be falling for him? The thought scared me.

Togame: Hey, are you okay? concerned

Ruby: Yeah, I'm fine. Let's get this party started. I'll have a Gin and Sprite combo. I noticed Ayato giving me disapproving looks Hey, Togame!

Togame: Hmmm?

Ruby: Let me hang out with Ayato for a bit. He's here because of me.

Togame signaled Ayato over.

I was glad he did that; it seems he's a considerate person.

Ayato: What does he want now? Probably just messing with me.

Togame: Ayato, what's your poison? It's on the house.

Ayato was puzzled by Togame's sudden generosity.

Ayato: Uh, whiskey on the rocks, please.

Togame: Coming right up!

Ayato and I watched as Togame went behind the bar. Ayato seemed confused.

Ayato: Does he work here or something?

Ruby: I don't know. He didn't mention it.

Ayato: What else don't you know? You two are acting strange.

Ruby: laughs You're too funny. That's why I like you. I hugged Ayato

Ayato smiled, finally relaxing a bit. But he couldn't help noticing Togame's intense gaze from behind the bar.

Ayato: That guy keeps giving me death glares. What's his deal?

Ruby: "Seems like you'll have to get used to it." I laugh

Ayato: Sighs I need a drink desperately.

I chuckled at his remark, glad to lighten the mood.

Ayato: Hey, seriously though, did you notice how everyone cleared a path for these guys the moment we walked in? Some of them looked genuinely afraid. I don't want to mess with them, that's for sure...

Togame: Drinks are ready!

Ayato jumped slightly, eyeing Togame cautiously.

Togame: still smiling Here you go, Ruby and Ayato. Personally crafted by yours truly. Hope you enjoy it. Added a little something extra to spice things up.

Ayato and I exchanged a glance.

Togame: Well then, cheers!

The gang cheered, and Ayato and I raised our glasses in response.

Another gang member joins us, warmly welcomed by the others. This had to be Sako, the person Choji had mentioned earlier.

Hours passed, and we were all pretty drunk by then. Shots and drinks kept coming, and amidst the loud music and intoxicating atmosphere, I decided to head to the dance floor without telling anyone. I just wanted to lose myself in the music and have fun.

As I danced, I felt an arm wrap around my waist from behind, pulling me close. I recognized his touch and scent instantly—it was Togame. His closeness made my head spin, and I let out a small sigh.

He whispered in my ear, "Are you having fun?"

His breath sent shivers down my spine as he moved closer, his lips grazing the back of my neck. I stiffened, caught off guard by his boldness. He gently turned me around, and our eyes locked. I swallowed nervously, unsure of what would happen next, biting my lip in anticipation.

Then he smiled at me, and everything seemed to pause. Time stood still as I took in his appearance—not in his monk attire but in a black round-collared t-shirt and baggy jeans, showing off his well-defined physique. I shamelessly checked him out from head to toe before Togame interrupted.

Togame: Are you done?

Ruby: Oh, I'm sorry... my eyes tend to wander when I'm drunk. I...

Before I could finish, Togame kisses me passionately, his tongue teasing mine. I melted into the kiss, holding onto his jacket as our kiss deepened.

We were lost in each other, oblivious to the world around us.

We broke apart simultaneously, both breathless and staring at each other. I couldn't meet his gaze, feeling overwhelmed by what had just happened.

Togame: Did you like that?

Ruby: blushing Mm-hmm.

Togame: Come with me. He smiled, taking my hand and leading me to the rooftop.

We climbed the stairs and reached the terrace. I walked ahead, breathing in the cool night air and letting out a satisfied sigh.

Ruby: Togame, I...

I turned to look at him. His expression was softer than I'd seen it before, and he seemed unusually quiet.

Ruby: Are you okay? concerned, I stood in front of him.

Togame: Ruby, I'm falling for you.
