(At a professional get-together for the acting industry, Bright and Win, both recently divorced, find themselves in the same room after many years. The room is filled with chatter and laughter, but their eyes meet across the crowd, sending a jolt of electricity through both of them.)

Bright: (walking over, heart pounding) Win? Is that really you?

Win: (smiling nervously) Bright, it's been a long time. How have you been?

Bright: (laughs softly) You know, ups and downs. Life has a way of surprising you.

Win: Yeah, tell me about it. I heard about your divorce. I'm sorry.

Bright: Thanks. I heard about yours too. It's never easy, is it?

Win: No, it's not. But we get through it somehow.

(They stand there for a moment, a heavy silence between them filled with unspoken words and memories of their past.)

Bright: (gesturing to a quieter corner) Do you want to sit down for a bit? Catch up?

Win: I'd like that.

(They find a quieter corner and sit down, the noise of the party fading into the background.)

Bright: You know, seeing you again... it brings back so many memories.

Win: (smiling wistfully) Yeah, those were some of the best times of my life. Filming those BL dramas together, the way we connected... it felt so real.

Bright: (looking into Win's eyes) It was real, at least for me. I always wondered what would have happened if we had just... taken that step.

Win: (sighing) Me too. But we were both scared, I think. Scared of what it would mean for our careers, our lives.

Bright: And now, looking back, I realize how foolish that was. We let fear dictate our choices.

Win: (nodding) If only we had been braver. If we had married, I believe it would have been a forever love.

Bright: (reaching out, taking Win's hand) It's not too late, you know. We've both been through so much, and yet here we are, still feeling this... this connection.

Win: (looking at their hands, then back at Bright) Do you really think we could start over? After all this time?

Bright: (smiling softly) I do. We've both grown, learned from our mistakes. Maybe this is our second chance.

Win: (tears welling up) I've missed you, Bright. More than I can say.

Bright: (squeezing Win's hand) I've missed you too, Win. Let's not waste any more time. Let's see where this goes, together.

Win: (smiling through tears) Together. That sounds perfect.

(They sit there, hand in hand, feeling a sense of hope and excitement for the future. The years of separation and regret begin to melt away, replaced by the promise of a new beginning.)
