Mingyu came back to his home after a tiring schedule.
He had to go to a shoot for the brand that he is endorsing and that shoot took his entire day and all he wants is to come home to his lover and his kid and sleep peacefully.
It was late in the night when he entered his home and carefully without making any sound he came inside his bedroom and saw his lover, his husband sleeping peacefully with their son in his arms.
He smiled at the scene, no matter how tired he is but seeing his beloved is all it takes for a smile to appear on his handsome face.
He went towards his closet and took out his nightwear and made his way into the bathroom to take a nice relaxing shower.
After about ten minutes he returned and made his way towards the empty side of the bed. He kissed his husband's and son's forehead and laid down to finally drift off to sleep.
He was really tired so he should drift off to sleep as soon as he laid on the bed right? But that wasn't the case. He was tossing and turning but no matter how much he tried to get an ounce of sleep he just couldn't.
He suddenly started feeling hot despite the cold atmosphere. It was winter right now and the temperature outside was -10 degrees but then too he was feeling like he was dripping in sweat.
Something is wrong
He got a gut feeling from his heart that something isn't right. That something is not okay. Something's definitely not okay. His heart kept screaming.
Mingyu always believed in his gut feelings, the intuitive thoughts he had, has always been proven right. He just doesn't know why he is getting that thought right now?
Is someone from his closed ones in danger?
He couldn't sleep after getting these feelings. He just prayed to god to keep his close ones safe.
He tried to sleep but he couldn't, just then his phone rang and that got his attention.
He picked up his phone to see who was calling at an ungodly hour.
Josh hyung calling~
The phone read. It was a call from his best friend's husband. Joshua was his brother, his hyung, his partner in crime. But he didn't feel happy to receive his call.
Something's not right
His heart screamed again. He didn't feel like picking up the call. He felt that this call was going to bring bad news.
After contemplating whether to pick up or not he finally went with the former option and picked it up.
He went towards his balcony to pick up the call as he didn't want to disturb his husband and son.
