"Viserra, come back," Rhaenyra said breathlessly, her smile never fading. Viserra ran as fast as she could in the small stream, a fit of giggles falling from her lips, as she pushed herself against the small current in her soaked gown.

"You would truly torment your pregnant mother this way?" Rhaenyra joked, finally getting ahold of her daughter, lifting her and peppering kisses on Viserras cheeks. Giggles erupted from Viserra.
"Come sweet girl, you're all wet and your brothers wish to see you," Rhaenyra spoke after she set Viserra down on the dry grass.
"Let us get you bathed."
"Okay," Viserra hummed happily, reaching for her mother's hand when they began to make their way back to the halls of the keep and away from the gardens.

The maids scrubbed Viserras skin raw. She watched the dirt slip off of her arms in long brown clouds before the maids pulled her feet free from the cloudy, steaming water to rub the dry mud coating her legs. The bath smelled of lavender, burning her nostrils—the Princess tilted her head back to be out of the steam's way, as it brought the sickening smell up with the heat. The women wet her hair, scrubbed her scalp and coated her in soaps and oils.

Viserra quickly pulled on her chemise and threw herself on her bed,
"boo!" Echoed the chamber and a cry left Viserra's lips, as she smacked her brother. "Why," smack, "would you," smack, "do," smack, "such a thing!?" Viserys was unfortunate enough to fall off of her bed.
A breathless groan left the boy before he yelled "I wouldn't have done it if I was going to be attacked!"
Viserra looked around the bed for the book she set down only moments before. "You stole my book."
"I did." Viserys grinned as wide as a Cheshire Cat.
"Give it back," Viserra muttered, reaching down to help Viserys back up.
"Why would I? I came to play." Viserys stood with the book in his arms, swiftly running down the hall.

It wasn't long before they both were found by their father, the two let out obnoxious giggles whilst running through the halls of the red keep. Laenor grabbed the twins and hoisted one of each shoulder. Viserys' back was laid over Laenors shoulder, while Viserra's stomach was laid across the other.
"What are you to doing out here at such an hour?" Laenor spoke oddly, the twins instantly coming out with giggles once more.

A guard pushed open Rhaenyra's chamber doors for Laenor to step in with his children. "Look who was found," Laenor spoke to Rhaenyra with a snicker while setting the two down on their feet.
"Thank the God's."
"You could hear them down the halls, don't act surprised," Laenor remarked to his wife.

Viserra climbed next to her mother on the divan, stretching her body over Rhaenyra's legs while she struggled to reach the bowl of hard-boiled sweets. Her attempts were quickly shut down by her mother who pulled Viserra's arms back to her body, a quiet laugh escaping Rhaenyra's lips. "No sweetling, it's time for bed."
Viserys finally voiced his complaints with a dramatic whine as he fussed about going to bed.
"No—no. Come on you two," Laenor quickly spoke, lifting Viserys, tucking the small boy's head into his neck, holding a hand out to Viserra who scrambled off of the divan to hold it.

A sennight had passed and Laenor decided to take the twins to the dragonpit so they could help pick a dragon egg for the babe Rhaenyra was presently on her labour bed delivering.
"Pick a blue one!" Viserra huffed, attempting to yank Viserys's hair—who held a bright green dragon egg clutched to his chest. "Jace already has a green egg!"
"You have a blue one!" Viserys retorted, begrudgingly setting the egg back in the case.
Laenor spun to face the clutch of dragon eggs, silently inspecting them. He picked up the white egg which sat off to the end, holding it up between them. "This is your sibling's egg. Stop bickering."
"It's ugly," Viserys piped up. Laenor quickly passed the egg to Viserra to hold—to which she happily obliged.
"Be quiet, before I give you a clout in the ear."
Viserra snorted out a laugh. Viserys huffed in offense.
"Come, let's visit your mother." Laenor hummed, placing a calloused hand on the nape of their necks, steering the two out of the dragonpit.

"Do you think it's a boy or a girl?" Viserra wondered, gazing at the dragon egg in her hands, twisting it this way and that.
"A boy." Viserys all but yelled into her ear, to which he received a scowl.
"I want a sister."
"You might get a sister yet, sweetling." Laenor chimed in when they appeared outside of the dragonpit's doors.

The three of them arrived at Rhaenyra's rooms to see her slick with sweat, holding a bundle of blankets silently cooing at it. The egg in Viserra's hands was long forgotten to her. Silently, she pushed past Viserys to her mother with a wide grin on her lips, Laenor slipping the egg from Viserra's hands to place it in the dijemion.
"Mother," Viserra beamed at her, slipping a knee off before she managed to climb up onto the divan, staring up at Rhaenyra expectantly.

"It's a boy," she hummed, moving the blankets to show Viserra the little babe asleep in her arms. At the news, Viserys waddled over, pushing Viserra down to see the babe over her shoulders. "Lucerys."

Hihi.

Long time coming because I was THREATENED. With a gun by my lovely wife, Kat. This is for her who has been (im)patiently waiting for this.

I started this a year ago and it has gone through numerous rewrites. I know the whole "Rhaenyra's daughter x Aemond" trope has been overdone, but I hope I can bring something of entertainment into it.

!!Reminder this is all for fun and entertainment!!

Please give me feedback, it's much appreciated.
