Jeongin cupped her cheeks with his veiny hands as Y/n couldn't resist her shocked expression, struggling to reply.

But before she knew it, she felt the feeling of his lips connecting with hers again.

Taken aback by the sudden action, she stood there paralysed in her state the same way as when she was back on the sofa.

Her nose knocked against Jeongin's glasses, as he adjusted his lips to properly fit onto hers.

Y/n gradually released her tension and in response, she melted into the kiss.

Y/n was taken aback at first, but as the kiss continued she felt Jeongin's soft lips against hers, she couldn't help but accept and so she found herself giving into it blindlessly.

Jeongin could finally feel what it was like to have Y/n's soft looking lips on his. He was right, they are indeed soft.

Although technically this was their third overall kiss, this one was different on an emotional level.

Jeongin could feel the countless months of suppressed feelings and emotions finally releasing him out of it's clutches.

As they continued to kiss, Y/n couldn't help but think about who she was doing this with.

This wasn't just any guy, this was her enemy. But the realisation of her amorous feelings towards him even beforehand caused her to forgive and forget.

And the fact she knew he was wearing those glasses she is completely obsessed with seeing him in, at the same time, made her feel even more aroused.

When they finally pulled away from each other, Jeongin stared down through his lenses into Y/n's eyes breathlessly, his heart pounding in his chest.

I can't believe this... really is happening right now. God she looks so irresistibly cute infront of me. Who knew the hot-tempered shortie had such... succulent lips. I need her taste again.

He could see the sincerity and vulnerability in her gaze, and he knew that she couldn't deny her own feelings any longer.

"I-" Y/n spoke before she was interrupted by the collision of Jeongin's desirable lips again.

He ran his slender fingers through her hair as they continue to press their lips against each others, to which she let out a small sigh of comfort.

But as their kiss deepened, something inside Y/n clicked. She realized that this was all wrong, that they shouldn't be doing this.

They were enemies after all, and their arduous history couldn't just be erased with a single act of passion.

This is not good. How on earth have I ended up... having lured my rival into my house and... I cannot believe this. What was I thinking when I said 'finish what you started?!' Who do I think I am, Kim Ji-a?

She gasped as her eyes flashed her back to reality, pushing him away. The moment their lips separated, a shock rippled through them both.

Jeongin's eyes were wide, filled with a mix of confusion and uncertainty, his brow furrowed in disbelief.

"Is something wrong?" he stammered, trying to understand the swift change in her mood.

He took a step forward, but she backed away instinctively, refusing to let him touch her again.

"Y/n what's the matter-"

"This can't be happening-" she mumbled, taking steps back, her voice barely a whisper.

He blinked in confusion as he heard the change in tone of Y/n's voice, his eyebrows lowering with unease.

"What are you talking about?" He questioned, the bewilderment evident on his face.
