𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻'𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻Bishop sat on the table as Benjamin placed two butterfly bandages onto her forehead. She was cursing herself out in her head – despite putting the tracker on Cipher, she couldn't exactly access it. Ironically, it was on the laptop that she gave Elle. Bishop wasn't thinking when it came to that program, honestly, she forgot all about the tracking device until that moment.
Besides the fact that she already ignored Mr. Nobody's direct request not telling Han, she now needed to clue in Elle because she would be the only one able to figure out the program. First, she had to talk to Mr. Nobody alone.
Benjamin closed the first aid kit. "Where's your necklace?" Benjamin asked.
"Mr. Nobody," Bishop called out. "Can we talk? In private, please." Bishop moved away from the table, gesturing her head to the side. Mr. Nobody followed. Bishop knew that speaking in private would be hard when all the glass rooms were destroyed from the pulse. Finding a quiet corner of the office was a bit difficult, but soon enough, Bishop was facing Mr. Nobody. "I need to enlist the help of a certain teenager I know," Bishop said.
Mr. Nobody shook his head. "Bishop, you know the rules-"
"Listen." Bishop looked over to the team. "The tracking device you gave me," Mr. Nobody's expression fell. "It's in the tread of Cipher's shoe." Mr. Nobody scratched his brow. "The problem is, I don't have the program on my current computer. It's on the one I gave her." Bishop stated.
Mr. Nobody crossed his arms. "Seriously?"
"I honestly forgot all about the necklace and the program. It's still on the computer, I need to talk to them." Bishop said.
"I remember telling Usagi to tell you to keep him out of this." Mr. Nobody said.
"Yeah, he read my messages over my shoulder." Mr. Nobody placed his head into his hand. "Please."
Mr. Nobody looked back at the rest of the team. "Go ahead." Bishop pulled out her phone, instantly dialing Han's number. Mr. Nobody walked back to where the others were.
Han picked up the phone instantly, Bishop didn't even have time to say hi. "You forgot something." No, Han didn't sound annoyed, he sounded more nervous, which did not settle Bishop's nervous.
Bishop inhaled deeply. "As you've told me over text message. Several times. Wanna tell me what I forgot?" Bishop asked.
"Hi Bishop,"
It took a second for Bishop to register who was speaking to her right now. The moment she did, Bishop quickly darted to a quieter place to have this conversation. Bishop was kicking herself for forgetting that Morgan was coming into town for Ren's birthday. It was only a year ago that Bishop told her brother her brand-new life. She left out a couple of details, like Elle. Bishop had planned to taken Morgan and Ren out and away from the apartment the entire time he was in town.
