Nora Andilet

There was a search party for Rowan, but nothing was found. No blood, no sign of a struggle. Nothing. Which was impossible. "We saw that monster kill Rowan right Infront of us." I walked up the stairs following in pursuit of Wednesday. "Did you get a good look at this monster thing?" Wednesday answered for me. "It didn't stick around for a chat." I got one look at that thing. God. It was hideous. I mean if I looked like that I cry and never come out to see daylight again. "Maybe it was one of your classmates." I gave Sheriff Galpin a look. It would make sense why he would think that. But still. "Sheriff, I find that question offensive." I looked at Sheriff Galpin who immediately fired back. "Well, I don't care. I've got three other dead bodies back in the morgue. Hikers just repped apart." Ripped apart? "The mayor said those were just bear attacks?" You're telling me you think a bear would rip someone up? I'm pretty sure the bear would finish their meal. "Well, the mayor and I disagree on that." Weem's fired back and so did sheriff Galpin. Finally, we went to Weem's office. "My guess is Rowan ran away. State troopers have put out an alert and I've contacted his family. but they haven't heard from him either." I looked at Weem's. I wonder why. Totally isn't like he's dead. "Dead people are notoriously bad at returning calls."  I looked at Wednesday and smiled at her remark, but it faded once sheriff Galpin opened his mouth. "What were you two doing out in the wood with him, Ms. Addams and Andilet." I sighed. "We've told you this before. We heard a noise in the forest." Wednesday finished off my sentence. "And we went to investigate." I nodded agreeing with her. "That's when we came upon the attack." I saw weem's look at me weirdly before looking away. "Then what happened?" I looked at Wednesday. "Then I ran into Bianca Barclay, and I told her to go for help. Next thing I remember I was awaking in my dorm.

"Just to be clear this monster wasn't a bear or some other wild animal?" If it was a bear I wouldn't' be so freaked out about it. It looked nothing like bear. Complete opposite. "I've hibernated with grizzles. I know the difference." Weem's stood up. "Okay Sheriff. I think that's enough." I looked at Weems. "Actually, Me and Wednesday would like to talk to sheriff Galpin. Alone." I crossed my arms behind my back. "I'm afraid I cannot allow that." I gave Weem's a look. "I'm sure I could take them to the station and get a formal statement." Weem's didn't answer so sheriff got up. "Aright. let's go-" "fine. You have five minutes, and everything is off the record. Play nice. Or i will call the mayor." Weem's left the room. I looked at sheriff Galpin. "Someone is trying to cover up Rowan's murder. I saw him die right Infront of me!" I said, Wednesday also butted in. "It's the only way to scrub the crime scene." Sheriff gave us a look. "Is that your professional opinion as daughters of murders?" confused I spoke up. "Daughters? You only said Wednesday's dad was convicted. Not mine." I looked sheriff Galpin confused. "Looked over the files. It was both of your dads." I was confused but didn't say anything. "Our fathers are twice the man you are. And the only thing my father murders is the occasional opera in the shower."

"Look you two. It's been a long night. and I'm tired of your games." I groaned. "We're not playing games. We are telling the truth!" I said crossing my arms. Wednesday took a step towards him. "You want to reject our claims, but you can't." I looked t Wednesday. "Why is that?" I watched Wednesday. "Because you and I both know there's a monster out there. And Rowan is his latest victim." My hand reached up to grab my necklace. Something I've been doing a lot more lately. I had chills. Wednesday was right. She usually always was. The door opened. "Sheriff?" The sheriff looked away from Wednesday. "What?" I also looked at the woman at the door. "You're gonna want to see this." My eyes widened. rowan. But how? I saw him get murdered. I saw his body lifeless on the floor. Something felt off about him though. Like it wasn't Rowan.

The last time I had a therapy session with Wednesday it didn't go well. So, they gave us separate sessions. I now sat in Dr Kinbotts office. "I wasn't lying Dr.Kinbott. I saw rowan die right Infront of me." I groaned "your life has had a lot of upheaval recently. It's okay to be confused about some things." I rolled my eyes. "I'm not confused about anything. I know what I'm doing. I always know what I'm doing. I know what I saw." she only looked at me.  "I'm only here to help you process your emotions." I looked away. "I can handle my emotions. I always have." Dr. Kinbott changed the conversation. "Tell me how you're doing in school?" I looked at her. "It's okay, I guess. Though I do miss archery." She raised an eyebrow. "You do archery?" I nodded. "I love archery. It's one of my favorite things to do. I have perfect aim." Archery was my way of coping with my emotions. Especially anger. Which was something I needed to let out. Dr. Kinbott smiled. "Then maybe you should join the school Archey club." I smiled at the thought. "I'll call Principal Weems and see if there is a spot." I smiled. "Thankyou! that would mean so much to me!" Dr. Kinbott looked at the clock. "Well look at that. You made it through a whole session without escaping! Ill take that as a win." I just rolled my eyes and walked out. "Hey Nora!" I looked up. "Oh, hey Tyler." He smiled at me. "You see Dr. Kinbott too?" I nodded. "Legally required too."
