I was sweating and breathing heavily. I kept trying to move and open my eyes but something wasn't letting me.

Suddenly, I jumped out of bed and found myself tearing up and having a panic attack.

What was that...

I looked at my phone, 4:21 am. I sighed and went to San's room, not being able to sleep alone anymore.

As I slowly entered his room, I saw him sleeping peacefully while hugging his favorite plushie, Shiber.

I moved his other plushies a little bit and tucked myself in, trying to fall back asleep but failing miserably.

"Yuqi..? What happened?" San asked in a sleepy tone.

"I had a nightmare and sleep paralysis... Please let me sleep with you tonight..." I murmured.

He immediately took me into his arms and patted my back in a comforting manner. "I'm sorry to hear this sis... Of course, you can sleep here."

I smiled and hugged him tightly.

3RD PERSON

As San slowly woke up before the alarm went off, he saw his sister hugging tight one of his plushies and sleeping well finally.

He decided to talk to Haewon to let Yuqi stay home because he knew she was too weak and not feeling well to go to school.

"Morning," Haewon spoke as she was preparing breakfast.

"Good morning. I have a question" San said as he stretched out.

"What is it?"

"Can you talk to Mr. Kim to let Yuqi stay home today? She had a nightmare and sleep paralysis last night. She came into my room and asked to sleep with me." The boy explained as he took a cup of water.

Haewon had a concerned look on her face. She was feeling bad for her sister, so she agreed.

Some days later, spring break started, and Haewon also decided to take a break and go on a little vacation with some of her friends for four days.

San wanted to spend some nights as well at a friend's house. Now Yuqi was left alone, but she didn't mind. She already talked to Jyieon and Kyong and they might come to her place one of the following days.

2 am

It was currently 2:14 am and Yuqi was chilling in the living room, watching her favorite show as she was munching on some chips, as she wasn't able to sleep anymore.

Suddenly she heard a long bang on her door, jumping right away from the couch.

11:25 pm

My mom was finally left on a vacation with my dad, so I had the house all to myself and peace.

I decided to go out and have some fun tonight, with no yelling if I came back home at 3 or 4 am.

I threw on a pair of black baggy jeans, with a basic white shirt and a leather jacket. I took one full package of cigarettes and left the house.
