"No," Harry said as he talked into his phone, he was standing in the corner of the room while the others stood in the center of the apartment, discussing the battle plan for the battle against the dark elves. "well it's hardly like it's my fault, is it? Well, what about Natasha? Fine, just make sure to do what I told you. No, I will send you a full report later. Yes, yes...okay. Fine, alright, talk to you later. Love you too Fury." Harry rolled his eyes as he ended the call, he walked back up to the group.

"Who were you talking to?" Thor asked.

"Fury." Harry answered.

"As in the director of Shield?" Jane blinked. "You told him what we were doing?"

"Not exactly," Harry said with a small shrug. "I gave him the bare details, all he basically knows is 'alien invasion' and 'there's a plan, don't get in the way'."

"I can't believe you told Shield!" Jane exclaimed with disbelief and a touch of anger. "Why on Earth would you do that?! The last thing we need is a bunch of suits getting in the way!"

"They're not getting in the way," Harry replied. "Fury trusts me, or at least trusts me enough to listen to me. His men will keep out of the way, their purpose is simple, evacuation. There will be people there and if I know people as well as I do, they'll be more focused on recording what is happening on their phones than they will be at escaping, at least until they actually get put in danger." Harry pointed out. Jane looked like she was about to argue but paused and considered his words before grudgingly conceding his point. "The 'suits' as you called them will be instructed to do nothing but evacuate, heck they might not even come in person and just get the local authorities to do it until they actually arrive. And that is all they're going to do."

"How can you be so sure?" Erik asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Fury knows better than to piss me off." Harry replied with Padfoot barking in agreement.

"Are you calling in any of the other Avengers?" Darcy asked in an excited voice.

"No," Harry shook his head. "Iron Man is apparently unavailable and so is the Hulk, the others are all on a joined mission to stop some idiot with codes to a nuclear bomb."

"A nuclear bomb?" Sif asked with a frown on her face.

"Basically a weapon that could kill a lot of people, and I mean a lot. There are about nine countries in total that have them, the idea is no country will dare to use their bomb because if they do then they risk another country using one of theirs against them."

"How dangerous is this weapon?"

"Think massive explosion but just much, much, a lot of much, bigger." Harry relied. "I'll give you a proper explanation another time. Alright, so we have our plan, right?" Harry asked the group.

"Pretty much," Erik nodded. "I would advise we all try and get some rest before this 'event' happens."

"Yes!" Jane agreed very quickly, very much not against taking some time to relax. She had just been to two different realms and had an ancient relic pulled out of her by a dark elf, nobody could blame her for having a few hours of sleep. "I am all for that."

"We will need to be have all of our energy for the battle." Harry agreed.

"Right, well...where are we supposed to sleep?" Loki asked as he looked around the room, unable to keep all the judging out of his voice.
