After Ross had left the Avengers headquarters, the Avengers made the mistake of allowing Harry to read the Sokovia accords. The results weren't pretty.

"Motherfucker!" Harry shouted, at this point the other Avengers had wisely chosen to stay back and just let Harry get the anger out of his system. They were all starting at him with wide eyes as he continued cursing. "Cock juggling...jimminy...fuck face! Stupid intellectually malnourished cunt!" Harry said just before he left a fist print in a nearby wall.

"Babe," Natasha calmly spoke several moments later. "feeling better?" She asked.

"Somewhat." Harry said after taking several deep breaths.

"Is it safe to say that you don't really approve of the accords?" Bucky spoke in a quiet voice, he wasn't a full time member of the Avengers but he was part of the team when he wasn't working for Shield.

"What gave me away?" Harry dryly asked. "I need to blow off some steam. I'll be back in a couple of minute." Harry said before he teleported out.

A few minutes later Harry teleported back into the headquarters, he arrived to find Steve reading the accords, Tony sitting on the side and rubbing his face with his hands and the rest of the Avengers being dead quiet with the exception of Sam and Rhodey who were arguing with each other.

"Secretary Ross has a Congressional Medal of Honour, which is one more than you have." Rhodey was saying to Falcon after he made another argument against the accords

"I'm in a relationship with two girls," Harry said, bringing the attention of the room to him. "that's two more than you have." Harry said to Rhodey. "I have more powers than you have as well, and hair, and possibly money. My skin's a different colour than yours, as is my height and weight and life experiences."

"What are you talking about?" Rhodey asked, looking at Harry with confusion.

"Oh I'm sorry, I just thought we were talking about shit that has nothing to do with the accords. It doesn't matter what awards he has, I don't give a shit about how many awards Ross has, this is about the accords."

"He's saying we should agree to it." Sam said as he gestured to Rhodey. "How long is it going to be before they LoJack us like a bunch of common criminals?" He asked Rhodey.

"117 countries want to sign this. 117 Sam! And you're just like 'no, that's cool, we got it'." Rhodey replied.

"How long are you going to play both sides?" Sam asked in an exasperated voice.

"I have an equation." Vision said loudly, calling everyone's attention to himself.

"Fuck your equations and your math." Harry told him.

"No, let him speak." Rhodey said before he gestured Vision to continue, Vision nodded to Rhodey before he began speaking.

"In the eight years since Mr Stark has announced himself as Iron Man the number of known enhanced persons has grown exponentially. During the same period the number of world ending events has risen at commensurate rate."

"Are you saying it's our fault?" Steve asked.

"I'm saying there may be a causality. Our very strength invites challenge, challenge incites conflict. And conflict...conflict breaths catastrophe. Oversight, oversight is not an idea that can be dismissed out of hand."
