BANGCHAN X SANA

A little boy woke up to the sound of someone whispering in his ear.

Groaning, he turned away.

"Fifteen more minutes, please,"

He muttered.

"Ani. We can't do that, B. You're going to be late,"

The boy groaned again.

"Come on, you don't wanna be late on your first day, right?"

Pouting, the boy sat up and rubbed his sleepy eyes.

The man, his father, smiled.

"Your mom is making breakfast for you, so go get ready, hmm? I put your clothes on the bed in mommy and my room, okay?"

"B" nodded.

"Alright. Thank you, daddy,"

He hugged his father and skipped to the other room.

The man smiled after him and walked down to the kitchen, putting his arms around his wife's waist.

She giggled as she felt his hands snake around her waist.

"Yah, Chan, did you tell Blake where his clothes are?"

She asked. He nodded cutely.

"What about his socks?"

"They're downstairs anyways, so I'll tell him when he's leaving,"

"Did he pack his backpack?"

"Yes, Sana, we did that yesterday,"

She sighed in relief as she flipped a pancake.

"Okay. Just making sure,"

She smiled. He laughed.

"I know. My wife is so caring,"

He giggled. She turned around and kissed his nose.

"Did you check on Brooklyn?"

She asked, smiling. He nodded.

"Mhm. Right before I came down. She's still sleeping, but I saw her stirring a little. She'll probably wake up in a few-"

A cry erupted from upstairs, and he jumped slightly. Then, he sighed and rubbed his head sheepishly.

"I was going to say minutes, but clearly I should say seconds,"

He chuckled a little, ruffling his hair before running upstairs.

Sana giggled behind closed lips and smiled at her husband before turning back to her food.

"Blake! Are you ready yet? School starts in twenty minutes, we have to-"

"Leave soon. I know, mommy,"

Her son spoke calmly as he stepped down the stairs.

Sana shook her head.

"Like father, like son,"

She smiled to herself.

The cries from upstairs muffled, and Bangchan brought little Brooklyn downstairs as well.

The little one was drinking from a bottle of milk, and Blake grinned at her.

"Hey there, Brook. When you start going to school when you're older, I promise I'll protect you from all of the bullies at school,"

He touched his chest proudly.

His father smiled and hugged the boy.

"I know you will. But for now enjoy mum's delicious pancakes, hmm?"
