Felix took off his cap as he left the last house he'd delivered pizza to.
His shift was over, so he would just head home and watch some Netflix before going back to finding a job other than his part-time that was a good support for until he graduated university.
As he went back to his car, he heard someone whimpering.
Straining his ears, he followed the sound to a tunnel underneath a bridge, where a girl around his age was crying hysterically as a group of men touched her.
Looking closer, he realized that her hands were tied behind a pole and she couldn't free herself.
He took a deep breath and looked down at his hands.
Guess I know where to put those Taekwondo lessons to use.
The girls knees had been pinned down and spread apart by the men.
They had pulled down her shorts and panties, and we're staring at her vagina.
Just as one of them bent down to lick her, Felix threw a punch at him.
The man groaned as he held his cheek, the bruise from the punch quite vivid.
The others tried to hurt him as well, but he beat them up faster than they could blink.
In the end, he reached the crying girl and took off her ropes while she just crumpled and cried.
He felt bad for her.
Nobody deserved to be treated so rashly.
He helped her put her panties and shorts back on, and called the police.
"Yes, hello? I have a complaint for rape. Yes, the rapists have all been knocked out for a good ten minutes more. Under the bridge. Yes, thanks bro,"
He spoke, calling his friend, Jeongin, who was in the police department.
He grabbed the crying girl and hugged her tightly.
She flinched, but as soon as she realized who it was, she relaxed a little.
"Shh. It's okay. I'm here now. I won't let them hurt you, okay?"
He murmured comfortingly in his deep voice.
She closed her eyes.
She was tired. So tired.
His voice was so calming.

"Mm. Wh-who are y-you?"
She hicupped.
He caressed her hair.
"I'm Lee Felix. I'm a pizza deliverer,"
Her eyes widened and she pulled away.
"You're not the police?"
She asked.
"Nope,"
"Then how are you so good at fighting?"
He laughed and smiled.
"I am a black belt in Taekwondo,"
She smiled slightly, tracing his jawline.
"Mm. You're a hero,"
She murmured softly before fainting.
His eyes widened as her hand fell from his jawline into his shirt, her pinky finger wrapped around the fabric.
He smiled.
"Cute,"
The police sirens were heard from afar, and his friend, Yang Jeongin stepped out and handcuffed the rapists.
He smiled at his friend.
"Thanks man. We had been looking for these bastards for a long time."
Felix smiled and nodded.
"I'll drop the girl off,"
Jeongin glanced at the girl in Felix's arms and nodded.
Smiling, Felix lay her down in the backseat and stared at her.
For the first time that night, he realized that she was gorgeous.
From her long, shiny legs to her smooth, silky hair, and her beautiful cat eyes, everything was glowing.
He bit his lip.
He needed to stop.
She just got harassed, and probably wasn't looking for a relationship right now.
Rather, she probably has a boyfriend, right?
Sighing, he stood up and closed the door, but was stopped by a soft voice.
"Wait,"
He opened the door immediately to see the girl sitting up carefully.
"I a-almost forgot to i-introduce myself,"
She laughed lightly, as if trying to ease the tension.
Felix couldn't help but smile warmly at her.
She felt herself turning red slightly.
"I'm Hwang Yeji, 22 years old,"
She bowed slightly.
Felix bowed back.
"Nice. We're the same age. I'm 22 as well,"
He chuckled as her eyes widened and she let out a small smile.
"How about I drop you home?"
He spoke softly.
She blushed.
His voice is like melted chocolate,
She thought.
It's so smooth, it makes you want to dive in and swim around in it.
"I guess so,"
Then, she paused.
"Oh wait. I can't go home.."
Felix whirled around worriedly.
"Why?"
He asked gently.
She smiled slightly.
"I live in Canada. I came here for vacation. Today was my last day here, and I was getting out of my taxi to got to the airport when those guys dragged me here. I'm pretty sure I missed my flight,"
She remarked. He puffed his cheeks, thinking.
"Well,"
He bit his lip.
"You wouldn't mind staying at my place, would you?"
Thinking carefully, she pondered over the idea before smiling.
"Only if you wouldn't mind,"
He smiled and she moved to the front seat before they began chatting.
He smiled at the girl beside him.
Maybe, just maybe they could build a future together.
Pursing his lips, he listened to her bubbly voice as she talked.
It sounded like music to his ears.
Her being assaulted was a terrible thing, but he was glad it ended with this moment.
