"And if you look on your left you can spot the glittering angel island in all its glory-,"

"Tails we aren't sightseeing," Sonic said, as Tails smirked, "You sure I have some peanuts in my console from Hedgehog Island," The kit handed the peanuts back to his blue brother "I do not want your stale peanuts Tails," Sonic took his hand that held the peanuts before dropping them out of the plane, "I'm glad those weren't my mints..," Tails murmured.

"They will be the next time you try to give me peanuts,"

Sonic stretched his body. Even though Angel Island was a beautiful island, It took forever to arrive. "Okay Knuckles said he'd meet us at the Master Emerald," Tails said, "It shouldn't take long for us to get there," Tails lifted himself before flying toward the Master Emerald.

"So Sonic.," Amy started, "What's up Ames," Sonic responded, "You owe me and Tails some explanations," Sonic quickly heard the hint of sternness in the pink hedgehog's voice, "Uh...You don't mean right now?," Sonic felt a drop of sweat slowly fall down his face, "We mean right now," Tails said as he had a serious expression. "Now what do you remember after you ran away," Amy began. Sonic took in a deep breath before letting it go.

"Well...I remember being in a dark area...But a few seconds later I quickly fell unconscious for some time," Sonic said, as he walked along the dirt path, "Though, from the time I was awake, I remember seeing all the forms I'd transformed into...Like Hyper and Super," Sonic explained, taking a moment of silence. He didn't want to mention he saw his dark form as well a while back, or how he explained what positive and negative chaos energy did to a person.

"That's strange..," Tails muttered 'You saw your forms?," Amy repeated, Sonic nodded as he took a deep breath, "It's not a big deal though," Sonic smiled his usual grin, as he kicked a small tree branch, on the ground "Did you see anyone else?," Amy asked as the blue hero shook his head, "Nah, and even if I did then I must've been way too drowsy to see them all," Amy looked at the blue hedgehog, "Anything else you're not pointing out?," Tails eyed the blue hero, as his green eyes quickly darted away from the kit "T-That's everything-,"

"SONIC THE HEDGEHOG!,"

An angry voice yelled, making the trio stop in their place. Sonic's eyes turned toward the Master Emerald. A red echidna with amethyst eyes stood in front of the green emerald, "Where the living fuck were you!," Knuckles growled, angrily making his way toward the blue hedgehog.

"H-Hey Knucklehead," Sonic stammered, as the red echidna glared at Sonic, "You have some nerve you know..," Knuckles growled, Sonic's body trembled.

"YOU MISSED PERFECTLY GOOD DAYS TO SPAR WITH ME!," Knuckles turned away, as he crossed his arms. Sonic smirked "Awh don't worry there'll be even better days to spar," Sonic grinned as Knuckles turned his body back toward Sonic, "You guys making up is so cute!," Amy smiled, before her expression turned serious, "Now let's get back to business and figure out what's going on with you Sonic,"

"Yeah, Sonic and his friends won't know what hit them!," Cubot cheered.

"Lovely, once Sonic begins to transform into his dark form, we'll suck a sample of his dark energy. And then our plan can finally begin," Eggman laughed.
