Self-Harming Again...

Hi everybody...

A few days earlier, something happened and I was too stressed, too overwhelmed and I could not focus and so I self harm.

I just wanna say to all if you that in any sort of recovery, you need to relapses. It's totally normal and okay to have relapses.

You might feel bad but it happens and it had happen and so you cant undo it.

When I self harmed, after a bit, I was crying and blaming and shaming myself and being really mad at myself and I wanted to hurt more. ( I didnt.) I feel like my world was broken and it was the end. I felt so so bad for cutting.

You can feel bad you can but it wont do much, instead you should say to yourself that this is part of recovery and it's okay and it will get better.

Also you can ALWAYS text me if you feel like self-harming or in need to talk or need any mental health guidance.
