Getting Tracked.

Ah yes, Mission Force One's first Mission without Blodger. To find a space shuttle that crashed on the Moon. What could possibly go wrong?

"I've placed a tracker on that thing. It's a micro tracker, they won't notice." Riona spoke through a communication device she had built for long distance calls. "Now deactivate Invisitech. We're getting out of here."

"Yes, commander." Aggro who was in charge of steering played with the controls, powering off the device which made their ship invisible. Riona who now could see their ship, got on board as they left the moon, with no leftover evidence.

Just in time, Mission Force One had arrived and landed their ship nearby the planted shuttle. They got off, and split up trying to find the precise location of their targeted object.

Hadn't been ten minutes in, and there was a Questcom call coming in from Mirandos. "Get to this coordinate, I've found what we're looking for."

Everyone nodded and regrouped at where Mirandos was. Like she said, the shuttle they were trying to find was right there, broken and worn out. Haruna approached the object, and knelt down beside it. He poked it, causing some pieces of metal to fall out. He then turned to Mirandos.

"Yeah so we're all done here? Bring this back to the Mission Center and that's it?" He asked, with a confused expression on his face.

"I guess so." Loretta simply shrugged, before aiming her trapbeam towards the shuttle, causing it to float in her control. "Mirandos, use yours too. We'll bring this back to the Zenith." Mirandos simply nodded and did what was told, as the two walked back to their spaceship.

"How boring." Haruna said, sighing. He looked back to the dent on the moon left by the shuttle, and shrugged, as he stood back up to catch up with them.  He took a few steps towards them, before turning back as he realized someone wasn't following them.

"Uhm, Miles? We're done, let's go!" He yelled. However Miles remained unfazed, as Haruna's words were left unheard. Miles was zoning out. His head hung low and his fingers were on his chin, standing in a thinking position.

"Miles! Hey, are you listening?" He kept yelling at him, however his words had fallen on deaf ears. He sighed, and walked up to Miles, slapping him on the shoulder. Miles had finally snapped out of his thoughts, and turned to Haruna. He shot him a curious look, to which Haruna replied, "We're leaving now, are you coming or not?" He asked.

"Oh. Yeah, I'm right behind you guys." Miles awkwardly replied. Haruna simply walked back to the ship, Miles following him behind. Soon, everybody was on board, and they had set off to planet Earth, to the Mission Center.

While everyone's at the living room, the found shuttle that's lying at the hangar released a tiny light from the roof. Suddenly, the tracker Riona had planted flew to the wall of the hangar, and with the power of Invisitech, it became transparent, completely invisible.

Unbeknownst to Mission Force One, they had arrived at the Mission Center and handed over the now useless shuttle to the authorities.

.

The clock was ticking, reaching night time. Everyone was eating, except for Miles, who wasn't even at the living room with them.

"Where's Miles? It's been 30 minutes, his food's getting cold." Loretta asked, irritated. "I'll check up on him, be right back." Haruna suggested, as he placed his bowl of food on the table, before walking through the corridors to Miles' bedroom.

Miles on the other hand, was in his room, lying down on his bed and staring at the ceiling. He had spent the entire day for this mission, and occupying his mind with unnecessary thoughts, such as how their mission had went on smoothly for today, instead of appreciating the low level of difficulty.

Every since they had defeated Nemesystems,  nothing else seemed to get in their way. Perhaps the other villains had better things to do than to be a bother to the heroes. But it had been too peaceful, as if it was the calm before the storm. He had been sunk into his train of thoughts, which was later then broken when Haruna had entered his room.

"Yo Miles. Uh, can we talk?" He asked reluctantly. Miles gulped hard, but he tried to shrug it off. "Sure, what's up?" Miles shifted a bit further from his bed, giving Haruna some space to sit. Haruna simply walked over and sat down. "

"Is everything alright? The team's worried for you. You were acting sort of strange today, and-" He paused, his hand at the back of his head. "-you haven't touched your dinner yet."

"Oh. It's nothing, really- I just zoned out. I'll eat dinner soon, there's nothing to worry about." Miles let out an awkward laugh. Haruna stared at him, before he continued. "Seriously, there's nothing to worry about."

"Dude, I've been your best friend for over a decade now. Even before Mission Force One was formed. I know when something's up." Haruna said, laying on the bed with his arms under his head.

Now that stung a bit.

"You know you can talk to me, right?" Haruna continued.

Miles had gone silent after Haruna's words. Opening up suddenly became a challenge for him after the big fight. It remained the same for the past five years until today. He took a deep breath, and started to talk.

"Do you think something bad is gonna happen soon?"

Haruna just stared at him. "What do you mean?"

"You said it yourself, remember? Everything that has ever happened had been nothing but boring. Life was just too easy. I don't mind that but I feel like something bad is just going to happen." He sighed. "It's a gut feeling."

Haruna's expressions remained, as he got up from Miles' bed. He spoke; "Even if anything bad does happen, the team is here for you." He placed a hand on Miles' shoulder, causing the poor freckled boy to blush.

"As of now, nobody's in our radar. Besides, back in the days when Nemesystems existed, you'd always get a headache at the end of the day. Just relax, everything's under control."

Miles felt skeptical but somehow calmed down. "Thanks, man. Sorry for taking your time to fetch me from my room."

"Hey, it's no big deal." Haruna chucked. "However your food out there would be freezing if you don't go out there and start eating." He continued.

"Alright, alright, I'll go." Miles sighed, and got up from bed.

"Right, and I left some of my dinner back there too, I can't finish it, so.." Haruna said awkwardly, earning a glare from Miles. "Please man? Just tonight."

"Ugh, fine. I'll finish it." Miles groaned, before leaving his room.

"Thanks a lot. Goodnight!" Haruna grinned, before heading towards his own bedroom. Miles simply watched him leave, as he went towards the kitchen to grab his food.

.

"Nice work, Aggro." Riona applauded. "Tracker's got our needed coordinates."

"Thank you, Commander." Aggro said, happily. "With this, Phase 1 is complete. Now we wait until night." She giggled menancingly.

"Looks like it's gonna be game over soon, Callisto."
