For Him to Return.

It was around night time, on the same day the three teens discovered the hidden tracker placed by Nemesystems on the Zenith. They have one lead to save Miles at the moment.

That night, Loretta and Mirandos were the only ones at the dinner table. The Zenith had been nothing but quiet.

Haruna was in his room eating his dinner and finding details on Nemesystems' location. He had these frames that were holographic. Those frames were more futuristic whiteboards and screens. He could feel his head whirl, he was too tired to continue. But the drive in him that told him by hook or crook, he had to find Miles.

Haruna rested his head on his hand, trying to withstand the sleepiness that was taking over him. He took a bite of his food, in hopes it'll give him more energy.

.

Midnight. Mirandos was the only one who had gone to sleep. Loretta was busy coding, and Haruna was still working. Working for the past 3 hours.

On any day, that boy would choose sleep over anything. That day shall exclude today-- or rather, tonight.

In the other room, Loretta had just got out of the bathroom, after brushing her teeth. Her throat felt dry, yearning for hydration. So she did the obvious, and walked out of her room to fetch herself some water.

On her way to the kitchen, she heard noises. The sounds going 'beep' and 'click' like robots. Although she was thirsty, she was never the one to not stick her nose in anything she deemed suspicious.

She followed the sound, it was getting louder. She stopped in her tracks, in front of her was the door to Haruna's room. His door was left unlocked and half open.

She contemplated with herself. Should she check on him? Or should she leave him be because whatever he could be doing might be important. But as said before, anything suspicious has never not piqued the interest of the young female Callisto.

Loretta approached his door, giving a few knocks. "Yeah?" Haruna called, not taking his eyes off the work mess laid out on his table. Loretta responded, "It's me, Loretta. Are you not asleep yet?"

"No", Haruna said. Loretta walked into his room, spotting the mess of crumpled papers all over the floor, and the holographic screens surrounding the boy.

Her expression showed curiosity. "What are you even doing up so late? Homework?" She asked, teasingly. "Mhm, totally." Haruna retorted. "But seriously, no-- it's not homework. I'm trying to get Nemesystems' current location. So far nothing new." He sighed.

"Why don't we just report this to the Admirals? I'm sure they can figure something out." Loretta suggested. Haruna shook his head in disagreement. "We can't tell them as of yet. Don't you think they might be after the Mission Center again?" Haruna asked. "If Nemex is really back.. He would've went straight for the Center. Why did he take Miles?"

There was silence between them for a moment. Until Loretta spoke. She broke the silence with her questions. "What if, it wasn't Nemex that took him?" Haruna turned to Loretta, finally away from his business. "What do you mean?" He asked.

"Well Nemex is still lost, which leaves Aggro's status unidentified." Loretta explained. Haruna stayed silent, into his thoughts. He then lifted his head up, looking at Loretta. "That means.."

"I think so." She muttered. "There's someone else taking over Nemesystems, and they're--"

"Using Miles to take over us again." They both concluded. "And history repeats itself. They don't quit, do they?" Haruna groaned in annoyance. Loretta simply rolled her eyes in response.

Loretta approached his workspace, observing the holographic radars and maps in front of her. "Are you tracking them down from the moon?" She questioned.

"I dug further and saw there was a lense, so I thought they were recording us. I extracted the footage." Haruna explained. He rested his arms under his head. "Let's just hope Miles will be okay." Loretta reassured him.

She stood, her feet rising. Up, down, up, down, her feet tapping. Loretta proceeded to ponder about a few things she'd like to do.

A few moments later, she smirked, as she headed towards the door. "I'm heading to the kitchen. Good luck, Haruna." Loretta said, as she walked out his room.

She was in fact, not going to the kitchen, but to the bridge instead.

"Zeno?" Loretta called. The AI powered on, and spoke, "Yes, Loretta?"

"Call the admirals."

.

Haruna and Mirandos were walking towards the bridge. Loretta had urged them both to go there because she wanted to say something important. The two wanted to finish their breakfast but the girl had bugged them constantly to just head towards the bridge and finish their food later.

Both the kids were so groggy, they couldn't keep their eyes open. They both knew, deep down, if this wasn't as important as they expected, one of them will literally snap. Soon enough, Haruna and Mirandos were at their usual place where they'll answer the Admirals' calls. Loretta was standing there, waiting patiently for them.

"Great, you're all here." She cheered. Haruna stood there, with his bad posture due to his sleepiness. "Make it quick, Loretta. We're both tired and hungry." He yawned, tiny beads of tears forming near the corners of his eyes.

Loretta simply rolled her eyes and continued. "Alright so, I managed to find their Thundership."

"Huh?" Both of them had their eyes widened. The news had driven away the sleep out of them. "Wait- what? When?" Mirandos asked.

"Uhm." Loretta sucked her teeth. "So it went like this..."

FLASHBACK

"Call the admirals." Loretta said. Zeno obliged as the call was ongoing. Shortly the admirals answered, both of them in their pyjamas.

"Loretta? What do you need at this hour?" Watson asked, in a groggy tone. "Could you get the people working at the Mission Center to get the coordinates for Nemesystems' Thundership, where it was last seen?" She asked.

"I guess so... but wait until morning, please? Some of us are tired.." Watson grumbled. "Yay, thank you, Admirals. Oh, and sorry to bother you during this hour." She laughed awkwardly.

"No problem. Tomorrowland over the moon.... and... ou-" The catchphrase was cut off by him disconnecting by accident. The Admirals sure were sleepy as hell.

END OF FLASHBACK

"And, that's how we got 'em. Now we just need to follow this coordinate and we should find Nemesystems' in no time!" Loretta stated.

"Didn't I told you we shouldn't tell them as of now?" Haruna groaned in annoyance, while Loretta simply went up ahead. "Hey, we should catch up before we're left behind." Mirandos suggested.
