Tatsu was on a rampage, hunting down every source of "Wonder" he could find in his town.
That meant he harassed every blond. Though on the surface that seemed foolish, it ended up being quite smart for the influence of this drug scheme was quite large. Most blonds up to collage age seemed to have some connection to "Wonder".
But to the eyes of everyone else, Tatsu seemed like he was harassing innocent ladies, tonthe point were Liumang and Geomijul tried to stop him. But what caught his attention were the seemingly random college guys picking a fight with him.

The 3rd year from Tatsu's school held his ground firm.
