Chapter 10: Like A Man (Epilogue)

After Tatsu and Date first met, the detective began to follow the kid, in hopes of learning more. Doing so, Date was able to crack the case wide open, getting enough evidence to put Taka into jail.

And due to the addiction of Wonder that forced most of the sellers to sell, along with other factors, mostly Taka took the blame.

The full story behind Taka being that Tatsu and Hinata's father, who was his partner cut him out of some deal, which left Takahara on the verge of losing his job. But when Hinata came to him with one of her father's formulas, Taka created Wonder but needed to test it, using himself, he became addicted, causing the storm of events which he did to create more and more of the drug, both to study its affects and to consume more.

Though Tatsu saved the day and became an internet sensation after his fight was posted, he and his friends, along with some of the sellers weren't exactly clear from everything.

Thanks to their age and circumstances, they weren't sent to jail...

For now, the gang was treated as if they were on parole. Which meant not leaving the city, or the country, and they had strict curfews for the next few years.

This meant that Tatsu could not go with his sister to Hawaii, to be with her during her rehab to try and lose this addiction to Wonder.

Waiting for a taxi, with two nurses assign to make sure she doesn't take anymore of the drug or have any episodes.

Hinata: I-I'll be gone a while...

Hinata: So you'll have to take care of yourself. Don't get into too many fight...

Hinata: Eat healthy. Brush your teeth.

Tatsu: I'm not five...

Hinata: No smoking, drugs, alcohol or sex.

Tatsu: Eh? Drugs I get, but the rest!?

Hinata: Smoking gives Cancer. I'm the one you're going to share your first drink with. And sex is only for married people.

Tatsu: No it isn't.

Hinata: It is for you.

Tatsu: The hell are you giving me these limitations for...?

Hinata: So you don't become too grown up when I get back...

Tatsu: It's not like we won't talk to each other you know... When we meet again, it'll be like nothing has changed...

Hinata: Then just be safe... Miss Karasuki said she'd take you in, so try not to give her a hard time...

Tatsu: I promise...

The siblings hug. Tatsu feeling Hinata twitch and shake from lack of Wonder.

Hinata: I love you so much, you know that, right?

Tatsu: Y-Yeah... You know I love you too, right?

Hinata:(smiles) Of course I do.

Separating, Tatsu watches his sister drive off in the taxi to her long journey of recovery.

Tatsu:...

Ichiban places his hand on Tatsu's shoulder

Ichiban: Don't worry. The charity group responsible for the rehab has a few good friends of mine.

Ichiban: My... Well... Mother and a very good guy there will make sure she has all she needs.

Tatsu:.... Hmph!

Tatsu: Thanks. But I have to head to school.

In class, Tatsu entered, taking his seat. The class is murmuring about their Dragon of Seiryo, or as some people are enjoying to call him "The Immortal Dragon".
