Another day, another work. Sunday was a fun. Nag aalala parin ako kay Alexander tho, parang di sya okay kahapon.
"Uyy! June! Nabalitaan mo?" Denise came out of nowhere as I was working
Tinignan ko yung wrist watch ko, 3pm. Lunch na Pala
"Ano nanaman yan Denise?" Tanong ko at inilot yung upuan ko
"Tungkol sa CEO natin" My eyebrow raised "Si Mr. Petrov!"
"oo kilala ko, ano meron?"
"Naayos na ang rumor about sakanya, it turns out someone was paid to spread that rumor! Grabe! Basta popular talaga noh?" She clicked her tongue
"What do you mean?" My eyebrow furrowed
"Kahapon, inayos yung rumor nya. Bakit parang wala ka sa tamang isip ngayon?" Tanong nya
well...Wala akong tulog kagabi
Last night
"Bye sir!" I waved my hand as he gave me a nod before the car engine started and went off
"Bait nya talaga--" I felt a hand pull me inside my gate
"ANAK NANG TIPAKLONG!" Napa sigaw ako, tinignan ko kung sino ang humila sakin
"Are you June? Lara June Florez?" He asked
"Pano...pano mo nalaman? Sino ka ha?" I pulled out my phone "Isa, irereport kita"
"Don't! I'm sorry I don't understand Filipino language! I'm Russian" Aniya
"Ha? Russian? Pano ka napunta dito?" Tanong ko
"I'm here for my little brother" Mas lalong kumunot noo ko
"and? Bakit ka andito sa gate ko?" He gave me a confused looked and I rolled my eyes
"Why are you here?" I asked
"The one who dropped you off here IS my little brother" Aniya at lumaki ang mata ko
"Ha?! Alexander?" I made sure as he nodded
"I'm Zeith Petroz call me pete!" My eyebrow furrowed
"No, I'll call you Z"
"Okay call me whatever you want."
"Why are you here?" I asked again
"Because of my brothe---"
"Yeah but why in my house? you guys are rich you could've pulled out a random hotel or something" I crossed my arms still holding onto my phone na may number ng kilala kong police
"Because...I'm not supposed to be here, and I didn't brought any money. I do have money in my bank account but I'm scared going out! too much paparazzi. And also...I wanna apologize to my brother" He said
"Why?"
"I kinda paid someone to spread a rumor about him for a joke but I didn't know it would spread like a fire"
"ARE YOU NUTS?!" I shouted as he flinched
"I'm sorry! I know I'm a bad brother!"
"yeah clearly" I nodded
"Please help me? Let me live your house! promise! I can cook! I can clean! I can pay for your bills! your gas" He pointed at my car
I sighed, god...was he meant to be here?
